Stein Mart

I love this place! Their boutique always carries unique fashion and I always find shoes and accessories to match my outfit too!

All I wanted was 3 men’s panama hats on sale but they were not. Only one check out person and the wait was long.

I love Stein Mart. Anytime I need a cute and snazzy little outfit I head here. I would say the quality and price point of the clothes are very comparable to those of Macy’s, and Dillard’s. I’ve even found some nice handbags, shoes, sunglasses, scarves, trendy jewelry and higher end home décor. I’ll definitely be back again!

For the longest time I never went to a Stein Mart — associating it with old lady clothes. Then there came a time when because of a change in my employment, I needed to adjust my work wardrobe to a style more classic than what I owned. And without a lot of money to spend at the high-​end stores, I had trouble deciding where to make the best use of my money. Surprisingly, Stein Mart had exactly the type of clothing I needed — something more classically styled but without being something my grandma would wear. I didn’t find any young trendy styles, and if that’s what you want, this won’t be the place, but I did find some youthful looking tailored, quality clothes at a bargain price. I also completed the outfit with some cute jewelry and handbags.
Although I mostly associate SM with clothing, they carry housewares and home accessories, too, most of which are also good quality and expensive looking. I’ve usually been able to find some cute things for my four legged friends, too, so it’s been a surprising store all around.
If you’re in that stage where trendy or club clothes won’t work anymore, but the thought of «old» clothes make you cringe, Stein Mart, even for a chain, might surprise you.
