The pharmacy department SUCKS!!! My daughter is sick and I need her medication and these people are taking 5 hours to fill my medication. What a joke!!! Never coming back to this place!!!

Three stars today only because I’m a little disappointed the line was very long and the cashier was determined to find the pictures for the customer I’m sure they appreciate that however that made all of us wait when I asked I got out of line to get help that in turn puts me at the end of the line waiting twice as long what a shame I am sure over the time they will find more help and figure out how to get things done in a timely manner

I have never experienced such an exceptional shopping experience. I was in a frenzied situation while out showing properties in Cinco Ranch and needed batteries for my Supra key. I came into the store frazzled needing batteries and a screwdriver. Aric, at the register, proceeded to use the screwdriver near the register to open my device, told me which batteries I needed, and while paying for them, he had already installed them and handed my device back to me. A true gem in your store.

Forget about using the pharmacy. I always have to wait an awful long time every time I come here. They told me they would have a RX filled in an hour, came back 3 hours later and they had not even started to work on it. They only have about 2 employees in the pharmacy most of the time. This is the only Walgreens I have seen in which they close the pharmacy for lunch. No offense to the employees, corporate should have built a full size store to support the demand of the area. Sorry, but I switched my RX’s to Krogers.

THESTARSDOMEANSOMETHING. One(1) star. This is a new location. New part of Katy. Id expect the new broom to still sweep clean. Here, it does not! I have purchased a few items here in the past. Was not trilled then. Thought it was new store jitters. I just had a horrible experience at the pharmacy. I am sure if they care to read this review they will know who I am. And befor I go on… the Head Pharmacist and her assistant should be fired. I wanted a simple Flu Shot. I was told«hold on I need to ask the pharmacist if she has time cus we go to lunch soon». My jaw hit the floor. I saw a sign that said lunch was from 1:30 to 2pm. However it was 1:12. I told her«we have till 1:30 lets get this done.» Her jaw then hit the counter. Apparently it must take 18 minutes to get ready to go to the 30 minute lunch. She seriously fumbled around with the computer for 10 minutes asking birthday insurance and what not. Kept losing my information on the screen. I have been to Walgreens 100 x in my life and they have my information. She was so set on lunch she could not get things done. I told her I would go somewhere else. She said«Okay by me». I asked to talk to her boss. I told her boss the situation and she said too me «What do you want me to do about it?». I replied«Your job.». As a supervisor she should have spent more time with the customer instead of figuring out her lunch plans with her subordinate. I told her that their lack of desire to help a customer was horrible and left. I cant tell you where to buy your prescriptions or get flu shots, but I can warn you about the horrible customer service here. I hope I never have to return to this location. Not even for milk. Slowest pharmacy ever. I have never had anything filled here in less then 1-hr and I’ve probably had 20 scripts filled here. They need to get organized or restaff. I would stop coming all together but it’s sooo close to my house.

Many years experience with this establishment, Kroger is my main stay but a simple antibiotic and a simple controlled pain RX, Kroger could not make it happen. Had been to this Walgreens to make Christmas cards, on 3 different occasions, the tech could not get it right, blamed it on new machines, new technology. Did not want to return here but Kroger forced me to. Pharmacy filled prescription within 10 minutes, like the automatic system where your name is entered in the system to be glared at by all, like Baskin Robins of the Walgreen’s genre. Having been in their system for 15+ years, my insurance card was not checked for accuracy, ACA has messed with everyone, but my address had changed, repeated it three times and sure enough it is wrong, double checked the bag to be sure I was not walking off with someone else’s RX, but too pooped to go back and get the address done right. If small instructions cannot be followed, big ones can be problematic, thankfully this is not a big problem, just inefficient staff.
