This location is Under new ownership as of May. Lots has changed. Great service, food very delicious and really quick now. Staff very attentive. The Wicked is still the real deal hands down. Loaded with meats! Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Pepperoni & Bacon and your choice of 3 cheeses!!! Heaven in your mouth. Well time to end this review. The Wicked & me have a score to settle.

FYI, their loyalty program has been cute down by like 75%. You have to order way more sandwiches now than before to get a freebie. So that took away a lot of the reason I used to go. Still a good sandwich shop though, with friendly staff =]

I couldn’t get closer, but if you look at my picture, there are about 15 orders hanging… and they were way backed up with about double that when I got here. Several people left due to needing to get to work. Their prep station is cramped and you can’t get more help there if they needed it… as the desperately did. Not a good impression.

It was so nice to stop here and have lunch. I can be extremy indecisive and so I was standing at the front just considering my options for quite some time. As I was trying to decide, one of the workers came over and asked if I needed any help. I let her know I was just deciding, but it was so thoughtful of her to ask. When I finally decided and went to order, the cashier asked if I had had any trouble and she gave me a free cup/drink since it was my first time at their location! The first worker’s name was Joanna (or Johanna), and the second was Julia (or Julie). They were both such sweet and hard workers. I highly recommend this place for lunch.
P. S. try their salads. They’re HUGE.

This location stocks their snack shelves with 2 months expired items, and tells you it should be fine to eat! Instead of admitting their mistake, they tried saying that the expiration dates were actually «shelf codes for inventory». WOW. Do not come here if you don’t enjoy food poisoning.

I ordered the Italian Grinder with the works on white bread, requesting only one jalapeño slice because I do not like sandwiches that are overpowering with jalapenos. The sandwich was very tasty and satisfied my taste buds. I will have to say that the sandwich may be a little pricey but it was so good.
The staff was very helpful in helping me decide what all to put on my sandwich.

My kids like this place, I am not a big fan of the sandwiches places but it will do. Wide variety of choices and fresh. I rank them as one of the better sandwich places for the value. My oldest likes the shakes.

Used to go the Chick filA next door but the line was too long so I started to come here. Love the place. Buffalo Chicken and srichacha tuna is always good. So many choices. Pretty good service and much faster than the guys next door. Use the receipt surveys, Unilocal check in, vibe club, loyalty card. Saved $ 17 once.

One of my favorite establishments to come to, but this place is horribly slow and rude.
Whoever the blonde gal is in glasses making the sandwiches is horribly slow with no regard for her customers.
I ordered 3 sandwiches and my first came out rather quickly which was awesome, then the lady in front of me finally got her order. My 2^nd order came put 2 – 3 minutes later (cause PB&J takes a while ya know!) Then 3 sandwiches for the people after me, while I waited a good 8 – 10 minutes for a simple roast beef sandwich. Apparently they had to kill the cow then roast the beef…
And don’t get me started on the skimpy — ness of the ingredients.

Awesome sandwich shop! They have so many options that it can seem a little overwhelming, but never fear, the staff members are there to help. The sandwiches are vegetarian friendly as well. My favorite is the black bean patty with hummus and guacamole. They have a loyalty card you can earn points on every time you come in. When you get enough points, you get a free sandwich! Their email club sends out great coupons for free drinks, cookies, chips, and other fun stuff. I love Which Wich!

Why am I updating this review? For variousreasons to follow:
Because they have a loyalty program
Unilocal bogo offer — buy one small sandwich and get another small sandwich free. This is good when you want two different taste that day.
Great staff — the young college student from Kenner, LA was one of they most patient and professional youngsters I have ever met.
Fill up your own drink station has «Mellow Yellow.» Haven’t tasted that in years.
Brownies and rice krispie treats
Healthy options and bad options
Voodoo Zapp’s chips — Y’all know how I am behind New Orleans brand foods!
Raising a star because of those reasons.

I am in Love! This place has totally figured it out… how to be a really freaking great sandwich place! I mean, Subway who? Quiznos what? You go in pick your sandwich type write your specifics on a sandwich paper, give to cashier, pay and they give you a little piece of sandwich heaven! I’ve been a few times and every time is a home run! I love that you can customize it yourself, with out a employee/cashier looking at you like your a jerk for wanting your meal your way. THANK YOU, WHICH WICH! if only more restaurants could follow suit. oh and, great Vegan /Vegetarian /Meatless options!

I went here for their breakfast sandwich, the eggs sausage and cheese sandwich. It is a place where I can stop in in the week end to gets quick meal while on the go. A change of pace from a McDonalds.
You can order online and go and pick up and it will be ready, no waiting.
You must try out this sandwich, you will not be disappointed. I was told about it from a friend and he was correct.

I used to work in this area and was at this Which Wich at least once a week. The food was consistently good, and the employees are all friendly. Also, if you fill out their survey at the bottom of your receipt you end up saving a lot of money over time!

Normally good service as much as you can expect from a Fast food joint; but if you happen to go near closing time be prepared to eat outside or take it to go. Typically the folks there are good at implementing your order. Ambience is typical and clean.

I had the Hummus sandwich.
I order it with lettuce, tomatoes and oil vinegar.
When i got the sandwich, it was wrapped very nice. When I unwrapped it, all I saw was bread and very little filling. I was disappointed. Subway does a better job filling the sandwich than these guys. I found maybe 8 to 10 strands of lettuce and four very thin slices of tomatoes. Sorry guys, I going back to Subway or Jason Deli.

Ok. So this location has been here five weeks. It is clean and the service is friendly with plenty of room for patrons. I will be able to give a better review when it is during a work week lunch hour. The food is as good as it is at any location.
~UPDATE: 05/08/2012~
Service is friendly, and getting in and out for me is fairly easy when my lunch starts at 11am. So, I’m usually one of the first ones there. I’ve been late getting there once and it seems traffic is picking up. Brownies are very good, shakes are very good (especially the oreo one). So far they haven’t done anything to take away from my experience there. Still a fan and happy to return… when I’m not on a diet. yeah yeah, this place isn’t diet friendly but the Italian Grinder sub is just awesome «my way.»
Maybe in a few months when I’m on a diet hiatus I will say hello to my 10″ Italian friend.
