Wonderful Windows and Siding

Have had a great experience with these guys, came in installed left no mess, recommend them to 3 other friends and they fill the same. Would use them in a heartbeat and will in the 1^st of the year to do my siding. Would highly recommend them to anyone

I had a wonderful experience with wonderful windows and siding. I had all my windows replaced, new doors and all new siding. It did take a while for the siding team to start, but I was told ahead of time they were backed up. Once the siding team started, they were awesome. They cleaned up after each work day, were very professional, punctual and did an outstanding job. I would absolutely recommend them and have to my friends. My neighbor and I both used them and are both happy customers.

We made a appoint for an estimate on Tuesday May 27 and no one ever showed up! No one even called us to reschedule or cancel. Not a word on Wed. the 28^th either. So called to day to complain. First it was due to the weather. OK, still does not explain the lack of a phone call! When I pressed the representative, Tina, she told me that they don’t do partial jobs. Even though when we made the appointment we were told, first, they do a lot of work in our townhome complex and two, no job is too small.
Wonderful windows and siding has no excuse for the rudeness and lack of courtesy they have shown us. It appears they have too much business to bother with anyone who is not spending tens or thousands on windows and siding. We can only hope that their poor attitude and poor customer service will come back to bit them.
