As a contractor myself, it is always great to meet people who are honest and actually know what they are talking about! I have worked with William at Zilka on a number of projects, and he always gives honest, straight forward advice to potential clients even if it means telling them they don’t need a new furnace or AC unit! Zilka’s level of craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. I would not hesitate calling Zilka for your HVAC needs.

No BS, straight to the point … we were last year without AC and I call the usual suspect… and I got an estimated for WOOPing $ 350 dollars. I call Zilka out of desperation and he actually told me to go and check few thing for him… and pin pointed the capacitor! which was ¹⁄₁₀ of the other guys estimate! and voila… fixed like magic… well professional expertise. Jeremy Forcier was attending me and I think this guy can install an AC unit with his eyes closed.
