A retail outlet that doesn’t stand by the products they sell, and deliberately shells out mis– and disinformation about their services and what they can do to remedy problems. Bough a tablet that broke within a month after being dropped from a foot. they told me I had to pay a $ 150 deductible for a replacement. called Verizon and they replaced it for free. They suck and I will do all my business directly with the company over the web or phone from now on.

Probably the worst experience in a retail store I have ever had. It is very clear that this retailer has no concern for their customer’s time. They keep you waiting for an unprecedented time, perhaps having enough staff on hand would be helpful. After waiting and being told that you are next to be seen, they drop me from the list for no apparent reason. When confronted all they could say is they could apologize, nothing more. I will have to think long and hard as to whether or not to continue to be a customer of theirs and be treated so poorly.
