It seems I had a different experience at Aspen than the other individuals who have written reviews on this site. The staff is friendly and professional. I had no waiting time at all. I was taken in at the time of my appointment, the dental assistant worked sympathetically with me and my gum pain during my xrays. It was a pleasant experience, as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be! The dentist was very knowledgeable and had a very customer-​oriented manner, and was very informative about my dental issues. No waiting to see her. Yes I do have gum disease but then I knew that before, and yes I was referred to an specialist for further review, but I knew that would probably need to happen. All docs today, dentists, medical, defer to specialists regarding specific issues. After a year of medical testing for another reason, I am used to this. It is the mode of medicine today. Expect to be referred. Everyone specializes. Such is the medical field today, I did not feel this office was a ‘joke,’ as someone else stated. Professional, very state of the art, and yes dentistry, like other medical treatments, are expensive. Unfortunately, it is the state of the medical field today. I would recommend Aspen. They will work with you on a monthly payment plan so that you can afford your treatment.

I went in to take advantage of their free exam, since i thought i may have a cavity or two. They told me i had early periodontal disease and that I needed a $ 1400 deep clean with antibiotics. They also told me I have a cavity that might turn into a root canal and a crown. Their treatment plan was $ 3600 Well after a second opinion, I know i dont have anywhere bad enough gums to get the scaling that they said i had to have or I would lose my teeth. I am still waiting get my exrays from aspen dentist to find out about the root canal, because i dont want to do xrays twice. But I am sure they were lying about that too. This place is a scam dentist, just after profits. You cant trust what they tell you. PTrust me when I say please dont go here!

A few weeks ago, my husband got a filling done here and he felt discomfort for several days after so we called them for a checkup. They only had time a week an half later to see him so he had to wait with the pain and discomfort for that much longer. To make the experience with this office even worse, after we’d arrived for the appointment, they mustve forgotten about us because he was in a room for an hour and a half waiting for the dentist to arrive. He got sick of waiting and got up out of the room and that’s when someone finally showed up. This isnt the first time that he’s had to wait over an hour for his appointment to see someone here. We came here to get his final filling done and they made us wait an hour and half to tell us that the dentist had to catch a plane in the afternoon and wouldnt be able to see us that day and asked us to reschedule. We told them we were no longer wanting their services as we’ve just wasted a bunch of time and money there and left and don’t plan on ever going back.

I give 2 stars because you do feel a little like your on an assembly line but the people there are so awesome! They don’t make you feel embarrassed about bad teeth. But I do think they care more about how much they can make off of you, than they care about you.

This place is joke! We no longer go here. Here’s the short list of why:
They can only do basic dentistry. Be prepared to be sent all over Keizer and Salem for the rest of it.
Flaky on appointments. They tell you they work some Saturdays but will call you and cancel your appointment. Happened 3 times.
Poor quality of work. Our new Dentist could not believe how badly they did a basic filling.
WAY over priced! Be ready to take on some major debt between this place and all the referral work.
Had seen three different dentists come and go. I guess it’s hard for them to keep the position filled. Gee… I wonder why?
My wife had some work done and was clearly under sedation and these idiots tried to have her sign important paperwork after her appointment.
Do yourself a huge favor and stear clear of this circus. I can’t say enough bad things about them.
