Great Clips

They get your hair cut, it’s affordable. That’s about it. The staff can often be heard complaining about each other behind their back. They probably get paid very little compared to the industry. I get it. I get my son’s hair cut here but no one else in our family goes here. I’m looking for a better place.

I had checked in before i got there. When i arrived there were 2 ladies waiting. 3 stylists were working, however, 2 were very preoccupied with getting phone upgrades. One of them actually left and went over to at at&t while we’re waiting. She comes back and proceeds to talk to the other stylist about what kind of phone she got, how much ot was etc. I thought it was a little rude considering there were 2 other ladies there for at least 15 min. and i waited another 10 myself. What is the point of checking in online if you’re stylists still make us wait? Very disappointing.. No reason for the wait.

Okay normally I get my hair cut at another place but due to my regular person being over booked I just stopped into the Keizer location. I checked in using there site… which told me there was a 35 min wait in didn’t mind had to shop at game stop and target … by got there and was seen within 10 mins.

I was I here a few months this ago. It’s taken me awhile to figure out how to word this review. The staff was pleasant. The shop was clean. The wait was short.
My hair was butchered. I have curly hair. And every time I come into one of these places, I ask them, «do you have experience with curly hair?» It’s a waste I’ve learned. Because they all lie. I requested that the woman (short hair with tattoos) straighten my hair and cut it dry. I was willing to pay extra. I wanted my hair Cut so that it looked good when I styled it. She acted like she didn’t need to do that and just went along cutting my hair. I could tell she wasn’t doing it right, but once a cut is made… it’s not like you can glue it back on. So I gave her the benefit of The doubt and hoped it would look good when I got home.
It didn’t. My bangs were uneven. All the hair towards the front (the stuff people see when they look at your face) was different lengths on either side. Awesome. Never coming here again.
Also, the hair stylist was a Ray of sunshine. She didn’t speak to me hardly At all the whole time I was in the chair. Even when I asked her questions about my hair…

I like Great Clips because they log in the computer how you like your cut, and have good specials. Downside is ya rarely get the same person. Good for a basic cut.
