Honestly I didn’t want to even give a star to this place. It was my first time in and wanting a fill. I asked her how much it would cost and she was really rude and told me to look at the board: and then she tells me we don’t have any opening anyways! So I said ok that’s fine and left. I’m all about good customer service and I’m not sure how good they are but the one that attended needs to work on that area.

My first visit: When I called before my first visit, the way they handled service over the phone could have been improved. I got solar nails, clear with black tips. You can tell she has been doing nails a long time, shaping the line was done very well. She asked me how the shape was and altered it when I said what would make it better. She chatted with me which was nice.

Second visit: she started my nails 15m late which I think made her have to rush. She asked if I wanted square or round, I said I like my nails in the middle… But I definitely got square nails. She did great at making the nails patterned the way I envisioned. It would have been nice if my cuticles were trimmed, and if solar oil was put on when my nails dried… But I didn’t get either. She was pretty blunt with the customer before me about the price when the lady was confused; she comes off as «that’s how it is, if you don’t like it too bad».
