Charter called today to close BBB complaint for the cable they stuffed under my fence without telling me 5 months ago, if it was hung on the fence or moveable it would have been no problem. Informed them the cable was still there. Charter contractor showed up 2 hours later and pulled the cable through my fence at both ends to remove it, they had cut both ends Friday on the other side of the fence and left it there for me to deal with it at least one more weekend. Thur the construction crew had showed up and destroyed my back yard because the people behind me had drained their green pool in my backyard again through the same fence so it was a swamp and mud hole again. Found out the whole reason my yard was targeted for this Charter cable terror was their chart shows the hookup pedestal in my yard. Told them over the last 23 years at least 50 times the pedestal is in the yard behind me could they update their chart when they show up at my door, at least this last group that showed up said no and didn’t lie to me. Leaving the cable in place was a good one. Have to give them credit for that. But they still get a one, zero is not an option.

Worst customer service and products offered. Have given this company two tries and will NEVER, EVER, try them again. Internet is slow and TV is behind the times with regard to recording and reliability.

NEVEREVERUSECHARTERCOMMUNICATIONS! We have been receiving 3 calls a day for 6 months from them try to get us to upgrade to cable. We have asked them every time to take us off their call list, we have spoken to managers we have filled out the stupid privacy forms and they still continue to call. We would have happily paid for our internet and stayed with them if we didn’t have this problem but you know what? we are just fine cancelling ALL services and going to a different company. Harassment is not a good marketing strategy!
