Awful customer service. Have been there twice now. First time, had minor issues with the shirt not being printed when they said it would. I had to go back twice before it was ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a «bad time». Tried going there again. Had too many issues to go back. They said they had the right color for the letters, called back later and said they didn’t, went to pick up the shirts when they said to, and they weren’t finished again, and then put the shirts on at the event and one was missing the entire middle word. No apology or refund was received. Won’t be back. Just found a place in NRH called a Eights Streams, and they have been AWESOME.

One word: Unorganized. We print a lot of shirts and embroidery at this business. Almost nothing has been completed on time. Paperwork is stacked haphazardly around the office along with boxes of finished and unfinished product.
The quality of the work is decent and products of decent craftsmanship.
Don’t expect prompt follow up on completion of items or updates. I’ve talked to the owner regarding getting a computer system in place to organize but so far nothing has changed.

I cannot say enough about this place! We placed an order for several shirts. The placement of the writing on the shirts wasn’t where I thought it would be (realized that when I went to pick them up this morning) I was told that they would redo the shirts and I would be able to get them later today. (I needed the shirts by 10:00 am tomorrow) It’s 9:15 pm a Friday night and the shirts were personally delivered to my door at home. (mind you, I don’t live very close to the shop/​store).
They go ABOVE and BEYOND. They know customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Elite Embroidery! Happy customer right here

Love the friendly, caring service at this store.
Terry & his staff go out of their way to help me find the right color or font, etc. I can tell they care about their customers and I’ve always had quality work from them. There are other embroidery shops closer to me, but I continue to take/​send business there.

Bad business! Bad customer service! Terrible organization of shop. Cheap for a reason! After leaving my 4 items to be embroidered over 10 days ago, they promised they would be ready today. When I arrived this morning, they hadn’t even started on my items. Where I was going to spend $ 28ish for 4 items at Elite Embroidery, I went to a place 5 miles closer to my house, I can pick them up TODAY, and bought two items for $ 40 from their shop as well, so they get $ 75 and my business from now on! Sometimes $ 3 extra per item is worth it being done right and in a timely manner!

Business said I could pick up items Oct 29th. After 10 days of my items being there, I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my items on the 29th and they were not completed (or even started yet) If they were scheduled to be worked on the 29th, they should have said they were available for pick up on the 30th. Terrible business!!! Terrible customer service! Went somewhere else and had it completed on the same day!

Quality work but terrible delivery times. Was told my order would be ready on a Wednesday (7 days after I dropped items off) but it wasn’t ready. I called two days later and it still wasn’t ready, the excuse was that they were slammed. No problem but don’t quote me a week if you can’t deliver. I called the Monday after and they still weren’t completed and would «probably» be done the next day.
It was mentioned there was a note on my order that said I didn’t need until tomorrow… ummm, ok! I never mentioned that date and even so they will only probably be done anyway.
We will be heading to MVP for the rest of our needs.

This is my go to place for all my embroidery needs! Terry and his staff have been great with all of my orders.
The few times that there have been minor issues they have been quickly resolved without hesitation.
They really go the extra mile and make sure everything is just how you want it. If he is unsure he will personally call you to clarify.
I always have an excellent experience!
