i Fratelli Pizza Keller

Our family has ordered iFratelli pizza plenty of times in the past, but today I was encouraged to write a review not only because of their delicious pizza but because of their outstanding customer service. We received two pizzas which somehow got flipped and turned over in their boxes during delivery (this has never happened before). I called them and let them know and they gave a sincere apology, had 2 complimentary replacement pizzas sent to our house immediately, and also gave us two complimentary coupons for a whole free pizza in the future. I would highly recommend — I especially like the del bianco pizza! Outstanding service and pizza!

We are hooked! Ordering pizza is a must when visiting family in Keller. Always delivered hot, correct and quickly. The toppings are fresh and perfect.
So good, we crave it. Can’t wait to visit Keller again so we can do a pizza run

Pizza is by far my favorite food and I make an effort to try different pizza places. I had high hopes for iFratelli, but was a bit disappointed. The people are very nice and the pizza looks fresh, I just didn’t really like the sauce. It was a bit too sour. I’m sure there are some who prefer it this way, but it wasn’t for me. Also, the breadsticks were a bit tough and the marinara sauce it came with was very cold (I guess they refrigerate it). Overall not ecstatic about the food, but I’ll probably try it again soon in case it was a one — time bad experience.

Sure hope it is worth an 1.5 hour wait for this pizza. Now they can’t find our street. Can we say cold pizza? Why don’t delivery places make sure that the drivers know where they are going? It reflects on them…

Completely flavorless. The crust is horrible and flavorless. The toppings are flavorless.
Waste of pizza night.
Only getting 2 stars because the quality of ingredients seems good, but there is no flavor or interesting notes at all.

We live iFratelli’s pizza because it is thin and not round (I guess we have succumb to their advertisement: «never trust a round pizza»). This is the northwest location of the regional chain. On any given friday or saturday night, expect an hour+ wait to pick up and Lord Knows how long to get one delivered (never had that done).
We like the «BIg Brother», which is a combo of sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper. A large is enough to feed three people — any more than that I would consider getting two.
They offer side salads (get the house dressing — it’s a vinaigrette with parmesean cheese). IN the 15+ years we have been patronizing this location and the Southlake one, we have never deviated from these choices. YMMV

very tasty pizza! so glad ifratellis has expanded to Keller. I’m hoping they will extend they’re delivery area soon. Staff special is my absolute favorite, my kids prefer the carne Classico so we get it half and half so the whole family is satisfied :). Love their pizza!

We called in an order for a couple pizzas for pick up. When entering this place, the aroma reminded me of old Pizza Parlors that I frequented when I was a little kid. It’s funny how smell can bring back memories. Anyway, it smelled great and the customer service was great. I felt the pizza, as a whole, was good. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it is very good and the crust is spot-​on. My wife is quite a bit more picky than I am and she loved it. She thinks its the best pizza in Keller. Notice I didn’t say the best pizza in the world. I honestly don’t care how it compares to those pizzas up North… you hearing me, Yankees? Please don’t compare. That’s like going to NY and complaining about their Mexican Food, which will never compare with the South.
So go enjoy it for what it is… a fine pizza.

I love their combinations. My picky daughter only gets thick crust at other places, but loves their thin crust and prefers this pizza over almost everyone else locally. They have one pizza with white sauce, spinach and bacon. It’s insanely yummy! Totally recommend!

Now I love all pizza. Each place has something particular about it that makes me love it. I really like the thin and crispy crust here but the sauce… I love it. I’m not a huge fan of sweet pizza sauce and theirs definitely is not! I absolutely love the flavor of the sauce. Now if they would just put a little more of it on the pizza. Like brownies? I do and ifratelli has the best brownies ever!!!
Update!!! I ordered a pizza meal deal tonight which came with pizza, salad and brownies and a drink. I didn’t want to salads so I just told them to keep them and they said oh well we will give you a couple of brownies instead. I was like okay. My pizza got here and of course the salads were with there too which was no big deal so I didn’t call them on it I just didn’t want to waste the salads. About 15 minutes later I get a knock at my door and there they are very apologetic because they sent salads with me and gave me two brownies and a piece of cheesecake and a coupon for a free pizza for the mistake. What wonderful people. They did not have to do that just because they gave me salads when I didn’t want salads. Excellent customer service.

Ordered delivery last night, man the pizza was good, well priced and they have a great delivery range. They are not cheap, but they are worth the cost!

I think the pizza here is okay but for Keller TX only! Anyone who has ever been to to Chicago or upstate New York will find much better on any corner (almost). Mellow Mushroom just down the road in Southlake is 100% better. Watch out of the online «specials» they are loaded with up-​charges for anything other than vegetables (make that very plain veggies there is an up-​charge for artichokes).

The pizza is definitely a hit. We’ve taken a pizza home a few times, and enjoyed them all. The Cesar Salad is also good, and rather unique in that the required anchovies are incorporated into the dressing. So, if you’re not an anchovy fan, you have been warned.

I agree with every Texan who says this pizza is good. For anyone who has never had pizza in Chicago that may make sense. We had this so called pizza catered at work. On a scale of one to ten, .5 (half point). Don’t even come over the top and start taking about pan pizza or deep dish. I know my pizza and thin crust is my favorite. This is not only one of the worst pizza I’ve had in Texas (all bad), it was one of the worst ever. I feel bad for anyone who has not had the opportunity to have a good pizza, you really don’t know what you’re missing. From this point forward I will not call this pizza. The total thickness was less than a ¼″. The cheese was very dry, no moisture or oil. More likely cheese food. The sauce has good flavor to it but there was not even enough to help lubricate the tire tread consistency of the bite I was trying to force down my throat. The crust, well what crust. Thin crust should be a bit crisp sort of like an undercooked cracker. This was something that had probably been homemade and then frozen or refrigerated too long. It had no flavor or life to it. What was the excuse for what was said to be Italian sausage? Seriously, what was it. Ground beef with caraway seeds added? The total package was terrible. It was like it was under a heat lamp for hours. The box it was delivered in would have been more enjoyable to eat. Now mind you this was 20 pizzas catered for a work lunch. There was not one person who thought is was any good. Maybe there is something better at the restaurant, I will never know. I will be sure that we never order from there again. Our lunch was ordered as a safety award, people did not bring their normal lunches knowing we were having catered food and were forced to eat this trash. Never has there been left over food until now. Nobody would even take it home to feed their dogs.

We have loved I Fratelli’s for years! This is our first order from this store… Awesome!

We love iFratelli! Yum! A Wayyy better option than dominos in the area. Only down side is ur going to wait 45 min to over a hour every time! We have had a few mishaps and for the most part they make it right. Pizza usually always tastes good and fresh. We like the Big Brother!

Best pizza in town. Thin crust pizza doesn’t leave you with the guilt of regular pizza. Be careful though because it’s easy to start plowing through those slices. Fresh ingredients are awesome. Only bad thing is it’s too convenient.

Since moving to TX we have really not found very edible food in the suburbs. This pizza is one of the best in the metroplex. The ingredients are fresh and it always meets our expectations.
The crust is very thin and there is no dine in option. Carry out and delivery. We recommend the Big Brother

After a visit with my 97 year old grandmother, I was craving pizza. Jet pizza and Marcos nearby didn’t look super promising, and as I dreamed for something like my favorite thin crust in Dallas, Fratellis, it was like I wished this outpost in Keller into existence.
What luck. Same great Italian style thin crust pizzas with fresh ingredients, same manager special — $ 16 for a large two topping with two salads. You can’t bet it.

I guess Unilocal works. Upon seeing my negative review on Unilocal I received a nice email from the owner. He apologized for my bad experience. He asked that I call him, I did. He was very nice and brought me another pizza in person. I enjoyed the pizza, and suggest you give them a try. With customer service like this they are going far.
I ordered a pizza from i Fratelli Pizza. The person who took my order did a good job and the delivery person was OK, but he did fumble giving us change. Now to the pizza; it was not very warm. The thin crust was not cooked enough for my taste. There wasn’t enough sauce and very little cheese. To be totally honest I could not eat the pizza. I like all styles of pizza and this was the first one I couldn’t eat. This isn’t a their having a bad day issue, the pizza is just not good.
