Hadn’t been to this range in several years, so I knew it wasn’t Top Golf or anything like some of the nicer ranges in the DFW area. Took my 5 year old son for his first time to hit golf balls. He was excited, as was I since this is what every golfing dad looks forward to… unfortunately it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Issue #1 — it’s cash only. Seriously!!! If nothing else, set up an option to pay via PayPal. Issue #2 — son had to use the bathroom, men’s bathroom was broke, elderly lady who was running the counter thought I was crazy taking him in the women’s bathroom. It’s a single toilet, so not like anyone else(female or male) could have come in there. Besides, what else did you want him to do… go outside on the range? Issue #3 — a carryover from issue #2 above, upon exiting the bathroom the elderly lady decides to get rude with me. She stated«you better keep your eye on him at all times and don’t let him wander» in a rude tone. I understand some parents don’t watch their kids, but the whole reason we were there was for HIM(not me) to hit balls — I didn’t even have my clubs with me. Will I go back? Sure, only because the range options in the Keller area are limited. This place doesn’t put much effort into making the range anything special… no real targets, bogus yardages, a poor putting green, a chipping area that 1 person can use at a time, poor lighting at night, and terrible customer service. Set your expectations accordingly.

I used the batting cages, they worked fine. Only complaint is that they make you wear helmets. I’m 27 and play in a softball league where we don’t have to wear helmets. I was the only one there at 2pm on a Monday. The owner shut down the machine and walked over with a helmet for me to wear. I understand the rule but maybe for 18 and under??? I can ride a motorcycle on the road without a helmet(not a great idea) just saying. I won’t go back.

Very friendly and nice. Being my first time here I expecting some small buckets but to my surprise these buckets were larger than expected $ 7, $ 8 and $ 9. This place doesn’t use credit cards! But being my first time the attendant let me get a free bucket!!! Grass was decent, putting area slightly messed up but didn’t stop me or others getting a few in. Good place needs a beverage area!

Great family atmosphere. Jerry, Markie and Michael are all friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of knowledge about golf and are more than happy to give you a free tip or two. The batting cages are also in kept in great shape!

I live in the villages of woodland springs so this place is close by and convenient. Nothing special about it, but not much to complain about either. The putting green is pretty small, and it’s cash only.

Large bucket for $ 8…you can’t beat that. It’s a simple driving range and the family that run the facility are nice. I’ve read other reviews about the older lady that works there and how unfriendly she is… really? Come on, these people are down to earth and have always tried started up small talk conversations with me. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in the area that wants to practice their driving/woods/iron skills. Highly recommended… I’m there at least 3 times a week.
