Quaint, nice atmosphere, great and personable staff, phenomenal food. Definitely recommend!

The food is decent, but their customer service is atrocious.
We used to frequent it more often because it’s so close, but the service was never good and it seems that they could care less. They’re constantly bickering amongst themselves and that attitude then is shown to the customer.
Thanks, but no thanks. There are too many other places to go to where the staff actually cares about its customers.

For authentic Italian food in the skeleton area this is the place to go. Everything I have eaten on the menu is great. The gnocchi is homemade and melts in your mouth!

Best food, best people… Always a wait on weekends especially during lent but worth it!

Salads we ordered was crisp and fresh. It’s the first time we ordered here. The guy who took the order over phone had difficult in hearing me, otherwise it’s a good place.

Niki’s is pretty decent food for the money. The salads are always fresh, crisp, and chilled and the house dressing can’t be beat! The one thing I wished they would do is tell you a little something about the little decanter with the olive oil and seasonings. I got curious, swirled the bottle around and poured some out on my plate. Took some of the fresh bread and sopped up the goodies… this stuff is crack!!! They were lucky I did not stick the bottle in my purse and take it home. Maybe that is why they don’t mention it??? Credit to our waiter for giving me a couple of sides of it to go.

We love this place. Try the chicken Parmesan with fettuccini Alfredo instead of spaghetti.

Nikki’s is my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Everything I have tried has been good, but my favorite by far is the Chicken Rollatini. I am also a big fan of their creamy italian dressing which they make from scratch! Great atmosphere and service!

I have no idea where the previous reviews are, mine included, but this location has been here for many years, and had many more reviews (the vast majority being positive). Perhaps there was confusion over the Niki’s on Davis Blvd, in NRH (
). If memory serves, once this location was the same ownership, but now it’s not.
Niki’s is our «calamari craving» go to place. I seldom pass on the opportunity to have calamari, anywhere, so I’ve eaten my fair share. Niki’s calamari is at the top of our list for favorites. It is consistently delicious. Lightly battered, never oily, served with a lemon half, and a delicious marinara sauce on the side (we always need to ask for more, it’s so good!).
We typically follow our calamari with a pizza. Half cheese and whatever Thuy wants. I love Niki’s cheese pizza. It’s a thin crust (though not crispy like a cracker thin, rather New York thin), which contrary to my Chicago roots, is how I like it.
We have had many of the entrees from the menu, and don’t recall a bad one. Pastas are good. Veal dishes are good. Lasagna is good. Really can’t go wrong. Oh, and the bread knots that are served are wonderful. Hot and fresh, they go great with a little butter or olive oil.
This Niki’s also has a bar (with a TV) now. I’ve never sat at it, but it is there. I guess if I ever need to wait for a to go order, I could have a beer or a glass of wine.
Bottom line: Do try the calamari.

Nice little Italian place. Pizza is pretty good as is everything else I have tried. Service has always been pretty good as well.

I hate to write this because this place awesome pizza and I have never had a complaint until today.
Today it’s raining and I have to wait for the plumber so I can’t exactly leave my house. So I called Nikki’s to start a delivery order.
They have delivered to us many many times in the past and today they said no because we live across the tracks.
I understand that area can become horrendous during rush hour, but it shouldn’t be very bad around 12−1pm, so this is what I don’t understand, you have delivered to us on more than one occasion and we have ALWAYS tipped your delivery drivers very very well, I don’t personally understand why you couldn’t deliver to me or at least let everyone know either on your website or a sign in your store.
Service is key in any restaurant and today I didn’t get any service. I will just order somewhere else.

Used to love this place. Will not be back again. Manager is rude and could care less about customer service!
