I recently walked in to this bridal store to look around for a wedding dress for myself. Although an appointment is usually preferred, it was not peak wedding season so as a walk-in I was immediately greeted by a couple of young ladies. They were extremely courteous and welcoming. After explaining that I did not have an appointment, they advised that someone could still help me. I explained what I was looking for: dress style, length, color and PRICE. One of the girls showed me the layout of the store and the different options while another brought me two dresses to look at. I picked one of the dresses to try on. The girls brought in a few others based on my first choice. After trying on a number of gorgeous dresses(ALL within my price range) I decided to go with the very first one that was suggested to me. All of the dresses brought to me were within my price range which I truly appreciated because it didn’t make it hard on me to stick to my budget. The price of the dress I picked was within my price range, the cut and length were exactly what I asked for… and it was the first dress the associate brought out to me which tells me that the staff was attentive to my needs(dress requirements) and they know their inventory, which allows them to make great recommendations! Beyond being extremely professional and courteous they made suggestions on how to go about receiving the dress on time since the wedding is in a few months. This was my first experience in a bridal shop as a bride and I could not have asked for a better one. The girls and owner of the shop were very nice and helpful. They worked with each other to find dresses, all of which were great suggestions! They made my dress buying experience flawless and I truly appreciate them taking the time to help me.
