This is my first ever fitness boot camp experience and I thoroughly enjoyed every pain, sweat, and laughter that developed here. If you really want to get serious and get back into shape, lose weight and what not, I highly recommend joining one of these classes. Jontue(instructor) is amazing and although it is a large class, he doesn’t leave anyone unaccounted for. The workouts last anywhere I believe 30 – 45 minutes and its constant so time is up before you know it! They’re fun and he explains everything before hand. You don’t need to struggle hrs at the gym at a time. Jontue knows exactly what’s up and he will consult you through weightloss methods, meal plans and that boost of confidence that you’ll need. The music is played loud so it puts me in such a pumped up move. You’ll meet a lot of new fellow fitness buddies as well. I chose this over any workout at the gym any day.
