This place needs to be remodeled from the floor up. Things are crumbling ugh it just looks dirty and unwelcoming. Owners really let it go over the past 1 years if it’s still the Mexican family owners

This is a great local family owned place where you can get a delicious breakfast or lunch. The portions are quite large and the prices are very reasonable. The service is fantastic and you feel like you are in somebody’s home when eating there. There is such an incredible variety that you simply can’t go wrong. This isn’t a fancy restaurant, and it’s more of a local joint where you can go to get a great meal at a reasonable price.

I have had nothing but poor experiences at this establishment. The first attempt to grab bagels on a Saturday(during posted store hours) resulted in a fruitless attempt as the store apparently close early. Thinking nothing of it, since all decent bagel stores bake fresh and tend to close after they sell out, I resigned to come back. The second attempt was worse. I went back at 10 am on a Sunday. I asked for two breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels. The girl behind the counter tried to tell me that they were out, but an older man shushed her and told her he’d get them. I noticed that I didn’t see any everything bagels in the bin, but assumed that they would grab them out of a new batch. Instead, I saw him quickly grab two bagels out of a «low carb» bagel bin. In a rush, I decided not to say anything. When I got home, I noticed one of the bagels wasn’t even a low carb everything, but a low carb sesame. If they had been honest, I would have been understanding that bagels run out. Instead, I was purposefully duped and felt angry about it. Bagels were slightly below average but the poor service is what stood out. I tried to come back a third time to buy bus tickets for NYC and they were closed during posted open hours again. I have no idea how this places manages to stay open, but I would avoid it at if possible.

This morning had a taste for Bagelicious bacon egg cheese on a French toast bagel… I call in an order for pick up worst mistake… The guy that took the call was as Snarky as can be, I gave him my sandwich order BEC made with on fried egg xtra bacon, he says we make our sandwiches with 2 eggs. So I told him I don’t like 2 eggs one fried egg is how I want it on a French toast bagel… He fires back«We don’t have French toast bagels» in the snottiest tone ever… Turned me off I told him to forget it I will go elsewhere for my sandwich. Customer service POOR… If he is going to pick up the phone to speak to a customer he needs to get himself some manners and learn how to talk to people. Smh Acting like a douchebag reflects the business…

I’ve been here a few times. I’m just not sure if it’s me, but I really never feel welcomed when I come in. I greet them and smile with a hello, but their, «hello, how are you?» isn’t even genuine. They said it like please get tf out of here right after you order. Which me and my boyfriend did do. Don’t worry guys, I’ll be sure to never come back.

Tried this place out this morning. I love french toast bagels so I ordered one with butter. I get home and i open my bagel and its filled with damn cream cheese. I hate cream cheese! How the hell do you mess that up??? The words butter and cream cheese do not remotely sound close to even screw that up! However when I did pull it apart the cream cheese did stick to one side of the cut halves. I tried that plain side and it was one of the worst french toast bagels I’ve had. Very doughy and very bland. I’m glad I wasted my money and was still left hungry after ordering something I couldn’t eat. As the employees here clearly cant get the simplest order done right.

Worst bagels ever. I got a whole wheat bagel and it tasted like it’s been sitting out for days. Never going back there.

This may sound weird, but I feel I am a connoisseur of bagels. I love bagels and now, I love bagelicious. I was passing through on my way to a morning function and bought breakfast for the family. I had an «everything» bagel –which had all the regular toppings and salt. I know, but many places hold the salt which to me is offensive when you are searching for an everything bagel. It was also not loaded with poppy or rye, which I have also seen before. I also love their mini option, which I’ve only seen for plain but they had it in multiple varieties. Their veggie spread was fresh and chock full of veggies… Not just scallion and slivers of carrot for color. Their service was efficient and friendly– not too friendly where it would slow down the service but just right. I really enjoyed my 6.3 minutes in their place but really really enjoyed my bagel!

Bagels are alright… Only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is that apparently getting bus tickets to New York now can only be paid with cash, not credit cards. This wasn’t the case circa August 2012. I was trying to buy a 10 ticket pack and I was told cash only despite accepting credit cards for food and drink transactions. Is this normal? I hope the owner can respond to this. FYI, I went in this morning at 7am if you also want to pinpoint any employees who were working here

I used to go here all the time a few years ago and loved it, and now went back twice in the last six months. The bagels are really disappointing. They are really bready and soft, kind of like you would buy at the grocery store. I guess they changed owners or something, maybe even a new chain? I am not sure, but there is no chew to the outside of the bagel, no density on the inside. Also, the kaiser roll is all soft bread with no crusty outside. You could mush it into one big ball in your hand w/o a crumb falling off of it. Not good. I hope they change back to how the bagels and bread used to be.

The only downside was that they were sold out of just about every bagel when we got there Saturday morning. They did make more on the spot which took around 20 mins, we waited with some coffee. They have Wi-Fi! I got a jalepeno bagel with egg n cheese. The bagels themselves were so good though! They have a deli and so many people were coming in for the Lox that they ran out. they packaged up 15 bagel sandwiches for us very nicely and we all had a fantastic breakfast.

This place has delicious bagels which is all I’ve eaten. The lox sandwiches are delicious as well as every spread they have. The prices are also pretty good. At a time when Dunkin Donuts’ are popping up everywhere, a good local bagel place is priceless.

Food was horrible! Although the actual bagel was good, they used fake butter, everything was extremely greasy, bacon was burnt but yet still undercooked enough I had to throw it in the microwave when we got home. They were out of real bacon and hash. Plenty of other bagel stores to choose from in the area. Definitely not going back here!

Bagel shop and deli. Pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwiches here are PER-FECT. Tangy, cheesey, eggy crammed into a bagel or a roll. They’ve got a full range of hot breakfast items — pancakes, home fries, maybe omelets. Bagels are yummy. Traditional ones like plain, everything, and sesame/poppy are present alongside some«new» favorites like cinnamon raisin. But that’s not really what inspired me to finally write a review for this place. No my friends, that honor belongs to the fresh Mexican tacos prepared by the Mexican family that owns the place. Beef, pork, chicken, and tongue are on offer, served piping hot in corn tortillas with cilantro, onion, and salsa verde. $ 6.50 for 3 tacos is a tiny bit steep but I guess you’re paying for convenience. Only complaint is the corn tortillas always wind up super greasy.
