The House of Vapor

I won’t go anywhere else but The House of Vapor.
They have a customer loyalty program, where if you spend x amount then you get $ 5 off your next purchase. I love this, and as far as I know they are the only vaping place to offer this.
It always smells really good inside, I love walking in! It’s always very clean, too.
Their prices are decent, and they can do just about any mg of nicotine (or none at all) in your ‘juice’ which is helpful. They have a great assortment of flavors and e-​cigs and other hardware & accessories. Nice hours, too.
The staff is very pleasant & knowledgeable, and they always have me in & out — no waiting! Even if someone is busy, they at least say hello and let me know they’ll be freed up soon.
I deducted a star because initially when I bought my first e-​cig, the guy didn’t tell me about changing the wicks — so after about a month every juice tasted burned or the juice would simply leak out. So I bought a whole new e-​cig; I did this seven times, buying a more expensive one each month (thinking it was the price that was determining the quality). Finally I asked why every e-​cig I had bought ended up leaking or tasting burned… and that’s when someone took me through the entire upkeep process. Thank goodness, because I’ve had a new e-​cig for 3 months now with no issues. That first guy doesn’t work there anymore, anyhow. So if you’re 100% new, be sure to ask about the upkeep!

When I was checking out vaping I chose this place because it looked clean and well stocked. I went in and the person at the counter was very very helpful. We talked about what I was looking to do, quit smoking and he explained to me the different methods to use. I wound up getting a starter kit and was pretty happy with the service. I visited other locations, same helpful service, Samples??. Even if they did not have the nicotine strength that I wanted pre mixed they would make it up for me, Great place, great service.
UPDATED, 7÷9÷15 Stopped in at the Eggert Road location today to pick up some Sugar Bear. Called first because the website said that they were out of stock, Had plenty in stock! Lot’s of new flavors, but was told no more samples at all. Had more than a few flavors that were interesting but not dropping over twenty bucks for a juice blindly. Too many other stores still have samples. This is still a great store but lack of a sample really is a negative.

EDIT: t hey used to be good. Their steam junk juice is good.
I have bought a lot of tanks form them in the last 6 months. Some on clearance on their website. When they die or don;t work properly, they won’t exchange, on a smoov tannk (they own smoov) they let me exchange one S1 for a different one, but I wanted store credit. I had not had the tank long. Visited the store 3 days after buying it and complained it doesn’t work right. Called on the phone about the same tank and was told I could return it.
When they put tanks on clearance on the website, I have come to know that they will be dead in a few days. 5 Nova tanks in 1 month. 2 glass and brass tanks in a row. The only one that isn;t their fault is the kanger aerotank than has a sharp threading. It dethreaded a battery and itself.
When I say all this on their facebook page, they try to say it is because I am picky. Not because they are selling tanks that break soon or in the case of the S1, that is has crappy engineering– gurgly, gets hot, airflow control stuck out of the box, an ‘all air’ hit.
Maybe they got too big for themselves.
They say the smoov S1 is ‘very popular’. My review of it is on their Facebook page and it is the only review of it on the internet and it is NOT a good one.

By far the best vapor shop in the buffalo area from what I’ve experienced! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with awesome pricing and selection compared to other vapor shops in the buffalo area.
