I just spent two hours waiting for Atlantic pest to come, I called their office… He was running another two hours late and wouldn’t be there for 2 ½ to 3 hours. No phone call, totally rude staff. Do not do business with this company!

The customer service at this place absolutely blows. Personality-free operators with headsets undoubtedly dragged down by working for a soul-sucking corporation(Ehrlich) that drained the life out of what was once a decent company. Returning customer? Who cares — sign our dumb contract, make sure to include your credit card info, scan and e-mail us said contact over an un-secure connection before we even think of coming out to your property. Happy to say I just took my business to Southern Maine Mosquito Squad, where I get a local crew that actually takes care to service me in a customer-friendly way. And they were pleased as pie to hear I was leaving your lame company. Not to mention they’re nearly 40% less for the same services. Bite me Atlantic! The mosquitos sure are right now…

New owners(Ehrlich) have ruined what was a good business. Don’t show up when they are supposed to. «Software problems». Guy finally came and refused to do it if I walked around to make sure he stayed off my flowers just emerging. Can’t reach a human on the phone, long«on hold» times. Avoid these people.

Very, very dissatisfied. Last summer, nine months ago, I saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor, so I called Atlantic pest — now called Ehrlich Pest. They came and inspected the property, and put a few traps down — the kind you can buy at Home Depot and put food in. They charge us a monthly maintenance fee and check the traps every two or three months, and have always reported there are no mice. Meanwhile, the mice have completely infiltrated our home. I find droppings in my closet, in the sheets of our guest bedroom, in the children’s playroom, etc. When I called to complain about the service, I was told a supervisor would come to my home, but there was a single two hour window on only one day next week that he could come. I asked if we could arrange for slightly later in the day. No, not available. So I have been paying this company every month; my pest control problem is getting worse, and they are not available with any flexibility. Awful service, and awful customer service. I will find someone else.

Ralph from Atlantic Pest just came out to our home to do a general inspection since we saw a field mouse the other day. He spent about 30 minutes walking through the house and then gave me the great news that we didn’t have a pest problem in the house! Where does the five star review come from? Well, Ralph didn’t try to sell me anything and the inspection was free! He wouldn’t let me give him anything for his time. A lot of companies these days would try to sell some service even if we didn’t need it and would at least have a minimum truck charge or service charge. I hope I never need the services of Atlantic Pest but if I do I will only use them because Ralph is a good and honest person. Thanks!
