We had a lot of fun. The ship was clean, the crew and the staff on shore were very friendly. We didn’t see any big whales, but did see a shark, couple huge sun fish, some seals on boon Island and 6 or 8 minke whales. A real nice touch was as we were leaving port the captain said, make sure to put on sun screen and if you forgot yours we will give you some. Our cruise left late due to a low tide, which they told me about when I called and it lasted about an hour longer than advertised. Our sighting experience was not stellar, but I stood near the wheelhouse for the entire trip and the captain never stopped scanning with his binoculars even as we were heading back in. A really pleasant surprise is we were not gouged in the galley. Bottles of water and most little snacks were sold for $ 1.00. We cruised a long way in our search, I over heard the captain say we were closer to Gloucester than Kennebunk at the farthest point out. To address a point in an earlier review, they do take credit cards for the tickets, but not for onboard food or parking. Be careful not to pull into the lot above the place, parking is $ 20 there. Dress for 50 degrees, that’s what it is 10 miles out, even if it’s 80 at the beach. Call ahead for reservations and show up on time, they do have people waiting in standby to take the place of late arrivals and no shows.

Our tour ran over about two hours which I didn’t mind it was nice to get to see all the different whales and dolphins too! The captain was great and rest of the crew was nice too. $ 10 for parking. Make sure to bring extra layers if you get cold easily because once the boat gets going the wind and water can really give you a chill but it was a beautiful day!

My wife and I went on this boat Saturday September 27th. The weather was like summer. We had a wonderful trip. The Captain was knowledgeable, and funny at times. He talked about many subjects while we were underway. It was like a sightseeing trip on the way out. The other 2 crew members were very helpful with any questions and were constantly walking around the boat. The boat was spotlessly clean. It did take some time to get to the whales, but when we did, we were able to get a lot of great pictures. The Captain definitely had respect for the animals. He did not get too close to them and when they went under the boat would not move until they were safely away. I had never seen a humpback whale that close before. On the way back to port, we were treated to a close observation of the Boone Island lighthouse and all the seals playing in the surf! More great pictures. I would recommend this whale watch to anyone.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, JERKS… THIS company is totally and completely undeserving of your PATRONAGE! They treat people as cattle with absolutely no respect! Do not spend a dollar with these arrogant, obnoxious jerks!!! Find a company that values your vacation PATRONAGE and doesn’t look at you and see dollar signs only!

First time whale watching and was expecting a four to five star experiance(rated 4 ½ stars on Unilocal) but it was more like two. Parking was $ 10, and tickets were $ 48 per person(cash only), which seemed a little pricey since they load about 80 people on the boat(doesn’t feel personable and you feel like your on a cattle car). No medical kit on board, which we found out the hard way(mother split her lip), and crew lacked any personality other than the captain. I would not recommend this company to my friends.

Really fun time. The crew and boat are as good as it gets. The prices are very reasonable. If you want to have a fun day and some great memories then you you should book a whale watch with these guys. I have been on several other whale watch boats but these guys are by far the best. It’s clear they love and RESPECT the animals AND the people who provide them with their business. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to return for another whale watch in the near future.

Whale watching is like fishing. It relies on luck as well. The company is to create delicate balance between protecting whales and fulfill spectators’ exceptions. When making a reservation, the lady will ensure to take the phone in order to inform if the tour is cancelled due to any reason. The captain and the crews keep providing information data for customers. The boat is very clean especially bathroom.
