I was helped with a bouquet that ended up very pretty but while waiting I heard the women who worked there complaining about what a customer requested via an online order and then said, «if they wanted it different they shouldn’t have ordered online. .» Then I read the other review and realized it is a trend for this business. Online buyers beware. Purchase in person.

I made the mistake of using Teleflora online to send a «Premium Bouquet» to my mother in anticipation of mother’s day. When it arrived from Alexander’s Kennedale Floral shop it appeared nothing like what I paid for online. At the time of purchase, I understood that the exact bouquet depicted would not be delivered, but the confirmation provided that a bouquet of similar quality would be delivered. The online photo depicts 8 large roses and at least 4 other smaller roses in a full bouquet with premium filler. What arrived was a bouquet of 2 roses, 2 Gerber daisies, waxy fern fronds, a smattering of carnations and another type of cheap filler. Neither Teleflora nor the Owner of the Floral shop was interested in making this right. In fact, the owner of the floral shop told me that it was my fault since I purchased the bouquet online. [How ironic since Kennedale Floral has a website.] Im not saying that the situation is entirely the floral shops fault, but the fact that he is happy to take the business Teleflora sends his way, without delivering a product that even remotely resembles what is being sold is fraudulent behavior. Not sure anything will happen, but I went ahead and informed Teleflora Corporate of Kennedale Floral’s disdain for them. They should clearly part ways. What a huge disappointment. I really like sending flowers to my family to mark special occasions, but I’ll be certain to never use Kennedale Floral or Teleflora in the future.
