Although the wait can be exhausting the customer service displayed today was excellent.
We were offered water as we waited and when my name was finally called, «Price is Right» was the theme. «Sandy?» «Ooo, me me me!» «Come on down!»
It was a matter of minutes before I knew the options available and we locked in an upgrade without having to change a thing on the account. In the end, we were satisfied customers and found the grueling wait worth it.
