Waitress Monica was assume; and the manger was walking around speaking to tables very customer service oriented. I am sorry the food was not that great. The chips for the spinach dip burned and maybe cooked in old grease & the Mac & Cheese dry. My fiancé and I didn’t eat anything all day before going here so there was nothing else in hour system. As soon as we got home we were racing each other to the bathroom, and we love maybe 10min away. Sorry, we will not be returning. The sweet potato fries were great though & stuffed mushrooms. My fiancé also likes the grilled fish & grilled shrimp.

Don’t be fooled by the menu. It looks like they have a bunch of great seafood dishes, but none of them have any flavor! Four of us ate there, all ordering different things, and every single one of them was bland — which is a cardinal sin in the New Orleans area. Even worse, 2 out of the 4 were way too spicy, and there was no flavor whatsoever beneath the heat. Totally ridiculous. I only went there once, so maybe a different chef on a different shift would result in a different experience. But with so many great places to eat around this city, I doubt I’ll give it another chance.

Decided to take my best friend here for a Saturday lunch because she’s never had the pleasure of eating here, since we got rained out for Jazz Fest. To skip the«touristy» restaurants I chose Stingrays. My experiences here were always good. Now keep in mind that we rode through a storm to get here. The food was good, great flavor but our waitress was horrible. It took her 10 mins to greet us and another 10 mins to bring our beverages and about 20 mins to come back to take our order. The restaurant was not crowded so not sure why the longevity, I asked my friend what she thought of the service and she agreed it was not good. Sorry Stingrays…

This was my quick stop after my fly in for Mardi Gras week/weekend. They were out of turtle soup(which I wanted to try for my first time :-|). I had lobster bisque instead. Which was ok. I had the seafood wrap as my entrée. Its kind of like a fajita but with fresh crawfish, crab, and shrimp. Alfredo sauce comes on/in it, but I preferred it on the side. The alfredo sauce has crawfish in it and its actually good. The fried catfish is good, but nothing to write home about.

I was actually thoroughly surprised with the quality of Stingray’s after reading so many bad reviews. I went with my coworkers — party of 8, please! We first shared the crabcakes, fried calamari, and fried pickles. While I don’t eat crabcakes, the calamari and the fried pickles are delicious. It must be their batter because I fried shrimp and fish for my entrée, and that was good, as well. Their baked macaroni is amazing; I could come here and just eat that. The prices are a little high, but the portions are huge. The service is average. I would definitely come here again… probably just for work lunches, though, because I never come to Kenner.

The only reason I gave it one star was because I can’t give it zero. Frozen shrimp that the manager at first said wasn’t frozen. I am completely repulsed by this place. I knew I should have left when I noticed the disgustingly dirty menu that was brought to the table. The app was frozen on the inside. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how truly offensive the food and service were at this disaster that masquerades as a restaurant. As I wrote my complaints on the back of the credit card slip, our waitress gathered the other servers together and stared at us like we were bad mouthing them. Well, we were. Not them but the pile of cold excrement that she served us. Only while writing my complaint did the poor distraught manager show up to ask us how was everything. We told him. His reply was he would speak to his chefs about it. «Chefs?» Really? No chef would step foot into this toilet. Save your money and your stomach the misery.

Worst service ever, was seated immediately but prior to me seating I went to the restroom & had a deep conversation about LSU loosing to Aransas. Came back to the table where my associates had not been helped yet. Employees were conversing about nothing and our waitress or waiter were M.I.A., eye contact was made after 5 minutes of eye hunting for someone. Finally the greeter can see our fustration & asked someone else to grab our server. The tipping point was, we had been sitting waiting for over 10 minutes & she came out & helped the people who just sat down«poor communication» other employees noticed the error but instead of correcting or apologizing, they thought it was funny. We left I’ll never return can’t miss nothing you never had. I left my phone at the table, the host brought it out, great time to apologize you think, he didn’t Icing on the cake. WOW

This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to when we visit New Orleans. It is a little out of the way but worth the drive. If you are going or coming from the airport then it is close enough for a visit. We love the appetizers when we eat there. The fried eggplant and marinara is awesome. This past Saturday I had one of their Crabby Mary’s and it was delicious and very creative. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for Becky, she is a server that can’t be beat!

The food was greasy and you could taste the cooking oil. The server was good, she did her best. Will not return.

Had poor service(incorrect order, condiments not brought as requested, appetizer cold). Food was ok. Ordered seafood sliders and they came with no dressings just shrimp and a bun. I’ve been here before and loved it but this is the second occasion I’ve been disappointed so I will not be returning.

This is on behalf of my mom and stepdad who are not on Unilocal(I have not been here in years, so this is completely their opinion). They were sat at a table and went unacknowledged for 10 minutes. My mom told me that their table was in the middle of the dining room, so they should have been seen. She saw 5 servers, none of whom came to the table, so they left. They will not be going back and she has posted a complaint on their Facebook page as well. My wife and I may give them another chance down the road as we have had good experiences there in the past, but my mom will not.

I enjoyed my charboiled grilled oysters. I also enjoyed my margarita that was like a double shot of patron with some strawberry purée in it. It really didn’t taste like a margarita but that’s fine cause I enjoyed it for every bit of $ 7.50 I payed for it. However, you must catch it for happy hour! !
