Taqueria Mi Rancho

We’ve been searching for delicious cheap Mexican food ever since we’ve moved out to Kenner. After trying several restaurants I have to say this is my new go to. The Carne Asada was incredible, tender, and flavorful. The guacamole was out of this world. The torta ranchero was the best torta I’ve tried in a while. Fresh avocados and vegetables on all of our plates. Portions worth the price.
Service was also A + as well.

Great little authentic taqueria! I had the barbacoa tacos, the meat was tender, juicy, & just the right amount of fat. The Retired beans, creamy green hot sauce, and horchata wee all delicious.

Small and unassuming with very good authentic Mexican steak tacos. Cannot beat the price/​value. The verde salsa is really flavorful with noticeable heat. Chips are neither good nor bad.

Since I’ve moved here, I’ve been trying to find a place that has authentic tacos. My friend and I ordered the Bistec Ranchero torta, three tacos de tripa (bien dorada), and a barbacoa taco, carne asada taco and carnitas taco. I loved the salsa they have, the creamy green, spicy salsa that I usually prefer on my tacos! The torta was wow, so amazinggggg! It was huge! It could have been packed with a little more meat, but that’s minor compared to it’s great taste! I can say that I have officially found a place that serves tacos de tripa that are up to par! Aside from all of the food review, the service was extraordinary! Britney was so sweet and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and just gave off a genuine, friendly vibe.
