Went here after being screwed over not once but twice by Lens Crafters. Lets just say the people working at their Outlet Mall of Atlanta location are as incompetent as one could be. If you want my experience look them up. Back to Pearl Vision… they have a better selection than anywhere else I have been(Lens Crafters, Vision Works, America’s Best, etc.), their pricing is amazing(a flat price based on the type of lens want NOT your prescription) and the customer service was great. I was quoted an incorrect price(not a big deal it happens) but the best part was instead of jacking me around(like Lens Crafters did) Pearl Vision, specifically Keisha I think was her name, honored the price I was quoted and made it right. This is the kind of customer service that will always bring people back and I was extremely surprised! People appreciate care especially when they are buying glasses out-of-pocket with no insurance which can easily cost 5−6-$ 700 dollars a pop. Big props to Pearl Vision for helping me out with all my needs!

Nice people here. Not as «slick» and«polished» as Lens Crafters, but I left believing they were equally as competent. Well. As competent as mall eye shops go. People were in and out in a progressive manner for appointments. They even managed to work a few walk-ins in. The doctor, Dr. Amit, was very friendly, and really knew his eye stuff. I was impressed. Courtney, the office manager, got me in the door, with excellent customer service skills. How often do you hear that anymore? I think these folks try a little harder to BE good, and to give you GOOD, QUALITY service, because they know they’re competing with the guys you see on tv all the time. I had a good experience, recommend these folks, and will be returning.
