I went in for highlights and oh boy why did I waste my precious time. I walked in sat for a while looked over a magazine, told shannon that I wanted highlights as I’m talking he looks nervous RED FLAG then he did my highlights his wife takes me to rinse out the dye barley knows how to wash hair RED FLAG so I get back to my chair the color is WACK So the wife wraps the towel around my hair and begins to yank my hair all the way down to the end as she’s towel drying my hair RED FLAG I should’ve ran out by this point but no nice me says maybe she’s just heavy handed until she starts picking up strands of my hair as if she’s disgusted with my hair RED FLAG that’s when I realized she was psycho This salon SUCKS and these people have NO TALENT period this salon is nothing but a «SUPERCUTS» hiding behind an elegant french word «POMME» PLEASE donot bite into this apple. You’ve been warned! Unilocal forced me to give it a rate so if that wasn’t the case the star box would’ve been gray.

When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted right away. I felt awkward standing there as Shannon stared at me and when I sat in his chair he didn’t say much just wowed my hair. The woman who shampooed my hair was really sweet and made the experience a little better; overall I am satisfied with the haircut but I’m not too satisfied on how I was treated. I felt like a nuisance and a hassle for Shannon and he wears his emotions on his face which plays a huge part in customer satisfaction. My husband talked him up to be this amazingly friendly stylist which sadly I didn’t receive the same satisfaction so I will drive an hour away and stick to the salon I usually go to.
