I used to work in fast food so I know how things can be in the industry. However the last half dozen times I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait a minimum of 6 – 8 minutes for my order (sometimes as small as two or three burritos). It has not mattered time of day, late morning, early afternoon, evening, dinner time, late night. The staff is always friendly and the food is made well, however the speed is atrocious. DO NOT EXPECT speedy service.
The last few times I’ve ordered using the new mobile app. Tonight took me 14 minutes to receive my order. I’d hate to think about what my wait would have been like if I had not pre-ordered.

Jacob whitesides introduced me into what was the beautiful world of Taco Bell. last week I ate the quesarido for lunch and dinner. so as you can see I like it very much. you usually have pretty short lines so thumbs up from me. my only complaint is. you don’t play Jacob whitesides. he introduced so many people to your food that the least you could do is play the boys music. the end

Went there the other night. Brought food home and opened it up. The cheese looked like it was chewed up and spit into the tacos. Went back up to show the manager and asked for refund. Gave him my card and was hoping it would be cleared up. Well wrong!!! My card has now been charged 3 times for the transaction and I didn’t even eat. This is the final straw. Finished with this place.

I used to go here all the time! One of the cleanest and nicest locations ever, and seriously friendly staff. The whole atmosphere was cheery and they were always so accommodating about me changing my meals — swapping meat for beans, etc. They train them well here and they keep the most important thing in mind — a smile. Even if they did mess up my order, they would be so friendly about it and take care of it right away, that it wouldn’t matter!

GREAT FOR SNACKING AND WORKING
This Taco Bell is located just off of Chastain Road. It is within one mile of Kennesaw State. When we entered the restaurant, I noticed that it was clean with a light and neutral décor. It was very quiet at just after 4:30pm. We were politely greeted and placed our order. The order was delivered hot and fresh and was promptly devoured.
I really appreciated the choice of elevated seating which provided outlets for computers and other electronic devices. This was the perfect set up for students or those looking to get some work done. The clean, comfortable and quiet environment went a long way toward making this the perfect place to chill for a minute. We would definitely stop in again if we were in the area and needing something quick to eat. Definitely recommended.

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants, but this is one of the better ones. Most of the time, they have great customer service –always very friendly. And they have good deals for Kennesaw State University students and employees.

Came inside for lunch. The inside is very clean and modern. The seating is spacious and comfortable. There are a good variety of options on the menu. The staff as pleasant, clean in appearance and I was greeted quickly with a hello and a smile. My order was taken promptly and the food arrived fast and was correct. Great location where taco bell is concerned.

Wow. So I went in here and had some not so great service once and gave my business to Del Taco. But I went in broke and hungry with $ 3.10 and got three burritos and a drink thanks to how generous one of the employees was. Maybe fast food isn’t the best for customer service, but they totally nailed it today.

Excellent service. I would give it a higher rating but the drive through window girl is way too perky. Why would you ask if there is anything else I can get when I have already driven to the window pick up my food and already paid.
