I have been a boxholder here since 2013. In the 2 ½ years I’ve been here, I have been treated to some superior examples of attentive, courteous, and professional customer service. The franchise owner, Kyle, has done an excellent job recruiting and training team members. In fact, last year, I lured one of them away to come work for my company, I was that impressed with his skillful service under pressure observing him with customers so many times.
The store is always clean, well-​organized, and hosts an array of packing, shipping, and printing services. I’ve never used them for printing, but I have shipped many times. They take care to make sure outbound packages are properly labeled and securely sealed.
I like how, as a boxholder, they send me an email for received packages. Their ²⁴⁄₇ lobby access is convenient to get mail from my box after they’ve closed.
I can’t think of anything they could do to improve — which is why they’ve earned 5 stars from me on this review.
If you live or work near this location and you’ve been thinking about getting a mailbox, I cannot recommend this team more highly.
