I love it and I’ve always felt safe here. Parking situation sucks hardcore but if that’s the worst of my worries then I think I’ve got it pretty good. I live at the front of the neighborhood its always nice and clean. I’ve heard horror stories about the back of the neighborhood, but that’s pretty standard anywhere from my experience. It’s a little over priced but once again safety is a big deal for me so I feel like the amount I pay is little for the security I have and also for a nice place to live. My roommates have been great so far also :)
