Meh. The food was not good. The chicken pesto sandwich — the chicken was charred, the bread was hard. The veggie hummus wrap — couldn’t find any hummus in there. The fish & tots — too small portion for $ 12, and overcooked tots that were trashed. The kale coleslaw was good. The beer menu was good, but we were hoping for more stuff that we haven’t had before. I expected better. Oh and a lot of people were ordering the pretzel; that looked good.

The waffle maker had been broken for MONTHS. The staff is great, but you need to fix this problem. It’s ridiculous. Every week a group of us comes here for trivia and hopes the waffle iron will be working and hope to order waffles and t It’s broken. It’s ridiculous. Fix it. Management needs to stop being frugal. Buy the MANDATORY appliances for your restaurant.

Simple task of WOB. Beers, food, and no patrons. Lack of talent behind the bar makes it dumbed down. Go here for a go to bar.

Went here on a date on a monday. Service was awful. Waiter visited the table 3 times in an almost 2 hours. I only received one drink because it took him so long to come back. Food was good but the server was awful. Wished it would have been better and maybe I’d be back

WOB is an establishment that offers a wide variety of craft beers. We enjoyed our visit the day we went during lunch. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was Andrew. Genuinely nice guy who was insanely knowledgable about beer. You could tell he loved his job. My boyfriend is a huge beer aficionado. They had 30 – 40 beers on tap but the majority of their selection was bottles and cans. It was refreshing for him to go to an establishment with a beer guy who actually knows things about beer. The food was good not outstanding. I had their cheeseburger fried egg, which was a decent burger. I wish it had a bit more of a flavor kick to it. It was cooked to my liking. I enjoyed the fresh bun that accompanied it. I’m usually not a steak fry fan but I quite enjoyed theirs. For the price, I wish the burger was a bit thicker. All and all it was a good lunch. My boyfriend had their Rueben. Average sandwich. Not bad, not great. We had an appetizer of their tavern tots. We enjoyed those. Generous portion with fresh jalapeños on top. They had Creature Comforts which we were quite excited about. All and all we will definitely be back to WOB. The ambiance was great. And again, we loved Andrew.

THEYHAVELINDERMAN’S FRAMBOISEONTAP. Please tell me you don’t need any other reasons to go. If you do, how about that they have gluten-free beers that are dark and gorgeous? What about gluten-free crab cakes which I couldn’t eat because I’m allergic but that everyone else at my table thought was amazing? Shots that are delicious?(Try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch but ask that they float a little butterscotch Schnapps on top. It was the waitress’s suggestion and it was a fantastic one) Tater tots topped with sour cream and their beer cheese(Tavern Tots)? Linderman’s Peche in a bottle? Oh and the pretzel. Oh, pretzel with beer cheese and mustard. Mmm. I also recommend their garlic parmesan wings. The dry rub is good but the garlic parmesan is better. The service we received(from our main server, at least, who’s name is Abi, I believe) was fantastic. She was fun and had great suggestions. She’d tried so many things on the menu(both beer and food) that she had answers for any of our questions. The waitress who actually brought our food was kind of lacking(she was like if the phrase«Meh, I don’t care» became human and started waitressing) but everything else made up for it. My only complaint is that when the live band started, the music was so loud, it drove us out. We probably would have stayed and drank for a few more hours if the sound had been turned down a bit.

I love the variety of craft beer that WOB offers. I also love that you can sample the beer before you commit to the full glass. not many places do that. The manager, Rivers, introduced me to a delicious double chocolate stout and the most amazing bar pretzel and beer cheese I have ever had. I will be bringing some friends for next Monday’s comedy night!

Heard a lot of good things and was not disappointed. Draft beer menu is printed daily. Able to get samples before committing to a new beer and our waiter even brought over a couple of extra samples for us to try based on our first beer order. We ordered the Korean spicy chicken wings for an appetizer and they were excellent. Got ahi tuna tacos for main course and very tasty. Service was good as well. Happy and will definitely return.

Too loud. The DJ novelty was silly… he was just a bored guy pushing buttons from a platform. Food was typical bar food… wings, flat bread and pretzels were what everyone was having… lots of beer choices but very cliché place… think Taco Mac… or any other sports bar concept. There are just too many fun places in Atl and so little time to waste it on these cookie cutter concepts. However, the place was packed… with mostly guys!

So I am a WOB fan because of the selection. My wife and I have been to several around the country — really enjoying the one in Key West the best due to staff and selection. Having been to the Kennesaw location now twice, I must say that our last visit(Saturday night) was sub-par at best for food quality. Now I get it — this is a beer-focused place, but they have put an effort into their menu for food and it looks decent on paper. We went with the sausage plate as well as the fish+tater tots as apps and it just showed the quality was really suffering. The sausage plate is literally from the local Kroger with sausage hot-dogs cut into small dime sized chunks. Just standard. And then the fish+tots was really lacking any flavor. I have never ate a tot before in my life that simply did not have that yummy toasted fried goodness, but these little taste-assassins just put the tasteless bar to a new low. Even with gobs of ketchup, tarter sauce or salt… these little guys just would not bend for an ounce of decent taste. Our dinner was decent — went with flatbread and wife went with a steak sandwich which were decent, but nothing to write home about. Staff was amazing and the beers were great. One thing that really bothers me about some of the pubs in the area(like McCrackins and Taco Macs) they are always out of many beers — not such with WOB. They had everything on tape or in bottles. Go there for suds at bar, skip the eats and head down street to soak up the hops with some tastier grub

Review while here, the service is decent and the food could be better. Definetly dont get your moneys worth with food. It looks pretty on the platters but not much meat or garnishing. The beer they had was very good but waitress said they were out of almost all the belgian beer and a few others i asked for, cant be the WOB and not have alot of the beers on the menu. That was a let down. They did have good music and college games on!

Over priced beer and cold food. Bad service. Only thing that is good is the wide selection of beer.

Received a message from the restaurant, in response to my review, apologizing for my experience, stating that it isn’t the norm, and asking for a 2nd chance at a first impression. Based on that classy, and kind response, and the very nice servers, we may indeed try again. Obviously, they care about their patrons!

Been seeing this place behind Del Taco for a while and wanted to try it out. Every time I tried to eat there for lunch parking was an impossibility. So one day I got there by 11:30 and had no issue finding a parking place. Parking issues are not caused by the crowd at World of beer, but by the large number of restaurants and business located in the same small retail space. I was there for lunch and could not par take of the large beer selection, but I did order a Reuben sandwich with tater rots… which was better than most. I enjoyed setting on the attached porch and the wait staff was attentive. Every member of the staff that I met greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I will go back after work and try the beers. And if you do go for lunch, go early… otherwise there will be no parking.

Beer was great! That was about it… Service was terrible. I think they tried hard, but appeared to be understaffed. The food was expensive for bar food, and it wasn’t very good. It seemed like the appetizer portions were very small too. They did have a band and that was fun! I’d come back for the beer and the band only.

So glad Kennesaw finally got a World of Beer! Obviously we come here for the beer, but they have other great things as well! Today I decided to try their Beerberry Cosmo and it was delicious! Food is great too! Every time I come here I can’t help myself but order the Ahi Tuna! I have never been disappointed. It’s always perfect! If you aren’t into slightly seared tuna, you should get the Sriracha Lime Tacos, they are delicious! I love this place and highly recommend it!

I gave this place a second visit and was extremely pleased with the experience. I really think this is one of the best places in the northern suburbs for beer drinking. The reason I am giving five stars now is that I had real excellent service and I thought the beer selection was outstanding. This time I was able to get a seat at the bar, and the three bartenders behind the bar each kept tabs on me to make sure I had what I needed. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and volunteered to let me and other patrons sample different beers before deciding on one. I was glad that I was not asked this time to provide a credit card, since I wanted to pay cash and don’t like the risk of double paying as has happened at other places where I give a card to set up a tab and then close out with cash. I did not have dinner here but just had onion rings as an appetizer. They were excellent, though the horseradish sauce could have had more horseradish. It was a little on the sweet side. I had a really excellent double chocolate porter that I enjoyed. They have high ABV beers at pretty reasonable prices. There’s also plenty of screens around showing games so you have something to occupy yourself while you drink. I really recommend trying World of Beer if you enjoy great beers.
