So, the problem with my favorite hookah place in alllll of METRO ATL is that only ONE staff member is empowered to make your buying experience a good one. The other guy, Cameron is very, very nice, and a total gentleman, but bless his heart, he lets SO much money walk out the door!
First time I go in ready to buy my monthly re-​up and use the infamous Unilocal coupon. Turns out, it’s not good on shisha (notice in my previous review, it WAS good on shisha, and I was encouraging you all to rush right over!!), which it does NOT indicate. Anyway, instead of offering me something, i had like $ 90 worth of shisha on the counter, dude lets me walk out with one little box of $ 5 shisha.
Two days later, I call for my guy, Anthony. I’m ready again for my monthly re-​up. I want to know about specials on a particular brand. Again, this guy tells me he’s not authorized and says I’ll have to call back or come by when my guy is there at 5p.
Lol! No. I’m on my lunch break. By that time, I’ll be at my number 2 spot, where I’ll spend maybe $ 5 in total more, but I can shop on MY time schedule.
I LOVE XHale, but get it together. Empower the staff to be discretionary, and to SELL! Disappointed. Still my spot, though.

Ugh such a frustrating place. I came in yesterday to get a product And was charged $ 36. Then I got the same product today and was charged $ 40. I was told that I not only needed to write a Unilocal review to get 10% off, but I had to do it I front of the cashier and then let him read it.
