This was my first time doing business with this local store, I dropped off my scrub top the owner told me it would take about a week due to the Memorial Day. That was fine with me. A week passes and no phone call, it slipped my mind until the following Monday. After realizing its been almost 2 weeks I called that afternoon, they already closed and I left a message. Today after clinical I checked my phone excepting to have received a return phone call/​voice mail, nothing. I call on my way home and she said it would be done tomorrow! I will be picking up my unfinished shirt and taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to this place, completely unprofessional, deadlines/​estimated times are not met. Not even a courtesy call when expectations are not met, or return call.

The owner scams everyone. She reported my original review, don’t waste your money here because you will get nothing in return. I will continue to re-​upload this review everyday even if you keep reporting it.

Work was good, prices were good, but customer service left a lot to be desired. Phone calls were not returned and no effort was made to provide a satisfied and happy outcome when I was dissatisfied with my product. I was basically accused of fabricating my part in the sizing and ordering process even when I had documentation of her instructions.
