First time I went, was excellent. Second time, they gave me the wrong food. Third time, they tried telling me my food would take at least half an hour. How the hell does a fast food joint tell you half an hour? I will not be going back again. This place is a joke.

Terrible customer service, did not smile at the drive threw window. Then when I was checking to make sure my order was correct, she said mama you need to drive forward. A smile and a have a nice day go along way.

One star because i couldn’t rate any lower. Horrible service, even worse food. Noone should have to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes. If the person waiting has a huge order, have them pull up and wait instead of making everyone behind them wait. Simple fast food drive thru rules. Finally got my food, which was cold, surprise, surprise. Maybe if your employees were doing their jobs instead of playing grab ass with each other (the idiot with the taco hat seems to be the worst of them all) you could get people their food in a timely manner. Yeah, you guys totally deserve $ 15/​hr. Totally. Get your act together or close down. Horrible.

worst taco bell ever! they charged us for our 8 tacos and chalupa and they jipped us of our chalupa… crap crap crap from this location!
