One repairman came after 4 for a 1 – 3 appointment window after I called multiple times. After looking at my stacked washer that was not draining for 15 minutes he decided he would rather pass on the job and go home for the day. I had given the washer model and described the situation when I made the appointment. Call these guys if you want to waste a day and not get your appliance repaired.

Wow. Super impressed! We called this morning (Christmas Eve) at about 10am, were told the repairman would be here to our home in downtown Seattle between 12 – 3 and he was early! How’s that for service? You never see that…
He was polite, professional and very quick, the price was amazingly good too! In a day where inexperience and farce are overwhelmingly present in the world of repair it was extremely comforting to have this job done fast, reliably and at a reasonable price.

Called at 9:30 am about a non-working fridge. ABC came to the house at 12:30 the same day, determined that the evaporator fan motor was broken, and replaced it on the spot. Repair price was very reasonable. Most of the other places I had called couldn’t come out for a week. I’m really satisfied.
