Chris came out to my house today in West Seattle to work on my washer. It was giving an odd code and would not start until re setting it several times. After trouble shooting and checking on the hoses things seem to be back working like normal. No parts needed (at least at this time). He is now also familiar with my machine and has all the serial numbers so if something happens again he will know where to start. All it cost was the $ 80.00 service call. YEAAA!!. I will be calling Chris next time I have a problem. He was honest and did not try to sell me parts I did not truly need. Chris is an honest guy you can trust. Janet

Chris has been out to my house in Seattle and my vacation rental in Cle Elum. He has diagnosed and fixed the following for me:
Asko Dishwasher drain pump & control board malfunction
Maytag Neptune Washing machine drain pump & fill control valve
Viking Range oven igniter switch.
Each time I have utilized his services he has been prompt, courteous and very fair in his billing. I have actually learned a lot just watching and asking him questions while he works.
I would highly recommend him and think that he is a quality individual and highly ethical business man.

Came out per my property management companies referral assessed my washer problems and ordered the part needed. Had the washer fixed and working 3days later.

Chris came out promptly. However he did not repair the dishwasher. He cleaned it but never looked at the motor. It is exactly the same as when he came, broken. He charged $ 169 and will not return my calls.

DO NOT use this guy! He gave me the price to fix my dishwasher, showed up at my house, once there he told me the «part he ordered didn’t include all the parts needed»…which means he made a mistake but never apologized. He only told me it was going to coat ANOTHER $ 130! On top of the $ 250 he already quoted! He then demanded an $ 80 deposit. He said he would get the part and be back in two days. Well it has been OVER a week — I have called and called and this guy has gone off the map. He took our money and we never heard from him again. His name is Chris Wise. Stay away from him.
