The food was really great. My review was for the service. When I went in there was only one other customer in there since it was mid-day, yet I still couldn’t get anyone to help me. I had sent in an order on their website and got a confirmation email so I know the order went through. When I went in to retrieve my order they had no knowledge of it. That wasn’t the problem. I could have just as easily repeated the order and they could have made it then because they were so slow but the way I was treated made me turn right around and find a different restaurant for lunch. They had no time for me at all and when I was asking for help they just kept saying to move aside so they could help«real» customers and then proceeded to speak about me in Spanish right in front of me. It was all very unpleasant. I will not be returning and neither will my office.

Just like lauren said good food, always delicious. But the employees can be cocky and have an ignorant attitude. They need to improve on their attitude big time. But, I do love my burritos. So I’ll be back.

This is my second time eating at a Chipotle restaurant. I don’t think I got a complicated order and I’m not stupid, but somehow after my experience at this location that’s how the staff made me feel. All I wanted was a cheese quesadilla add chicken and peppers. Apparently either I wasn’t clear or they weren’t. I was overcharged(for something called a quesorito?), given funny looks, and then when I came back asking if they could cut my quesadilla for me I was told, «We aren’t doing that anymore. There are knives for you to do that.» Sorry if I’m not a regular and am annoying you, but you shouldn’t treat customers like that.

So I travel for work and I love getting chipotle because it reminds me of home. I got there about half an hour before closing and was asked what kind of meat I wanted four times. I asked for a little rice and they gave me a lot and when I said it was good they kept added. When it went to my toppings I got a little lettuce and corn salsa like I asked but then when I asked for a lot of cheese she gave me a small pitch, I kept asking for more and each time it was a smaller pinch. Then when I asked for a lot of sour cream she did the same thing. Then when I went to checkout the lady behind the counter was trying to move two bags of chips so she can take them home latter, then she got to me. Over all it was the worse experience I’ve had at a chipotle and that’s sad. On the plus side when I asked for double meat they told me that there would be an extra charge.

Kent, WA: first time ordering To Go online! Pick up time was scheduled at 6:30 and that was when I was at the cash register. They were just starting my order and I didn’t mind waiting for a freshly prepared meal. I’m easily entertained and it was fun to watch my no-tortilla burrito comeFL down the short assembly line, ahead of customers just arriving at the order area. Their Chicken Burritto Bowl wowed me. Why? For the following reasons: *Only $ 6.70, flat charge! *No added hormones or antibiotics used in their meats *No extra charge for brown rice *Generous amount of perfectly cooked fajita vegetables(red & green bell peppers, onions) *Only $ 6.70 *Chicken meat was moist, although very mildly seasoned *freshly chopped lettuce *freshly grated cheese *Little to no preservatives in the ingredients used *No added fee for black beans *Only $ 6.70 The price was a little less at this location than others in the area. I can’t share anything about the cleanliness of either their restrooms or dining room as I left promptly after receiving my order. Service was friendly and efficient. I will say I look forward to stopping in again when in need of a quick, delicious, nutritious, fast food meal to go, while on the road. My tummy was quite satisfied with my meal. Thanks for the fantastic recommendation, A.W., who’s had consistent and reliable meals from here, ordered online, many times! Limited parking in street closest to restaurant. Best best is to park either in the mall’s tiered garage or as I did, in lot off of Smith Street. SNAPSHOTTHOUGHT First time here and wandered around the Dilettante Chocolates before locating this restaurant set back from Ramsay Way, next to Duke’s.

My go-to spot when I want a quick, healthy meal(well, if you don’t add the extra cheese and sour cream and chips, but who can say no to the chips?). Satisfying meal, but when you want to add guacamole or extra meat, it does get a little pricey, and makes me feel like I can dine in somewhere and get a real meal. I do like the textures of their meat and how well they are cooked; never overcooked. And they do have some pretty good guacamole.

Yummy food for a place that must don’t know with a smileserve a vegan entrée. Okay service didn’t make me feel like I was at subway in line giving my order Free water as the lady was tripping out that I was filling up a gallon bottle. I do like to see the employees change the gloves and that didn’t happen none. A little cc going on there. Please change your gloves. The food was good place was clean they let me get as much water as I wanted they made my food with a smile what else can you all for… I would love to eat here more but I just feel the price was a little hmmmmm maybe that was because of my guac

OK Americanized version of «Mexican» food with bad service. There are lots of places with American fast food pretending to be Mexican food. Go there and not here. The first experience I had with this company was on Wednesday when I went to place a catering order. Discovered that they only provide catering for a group of 20 or more. My business group was half that size. Noted that they provide burritos only in a cardboard box via pick up only. Still not a good catering option. Also, you can’t place your order at the local franchise but only the day of via a 800 number to a call center somewhere in the nation or online, only the day of — advance orders are not allowed. I called this local Chipotle the day before our meeting to find out if there was a way to still order online in advance in case I was missing something. This is, after all, 2015 and not 1995. After a few rings, a young lady answered the phone and she couldn’t comprehend what was going on so she said she would get the«catering specialist» on the phone. What fun that was. Me: «Hello. I’m Sheri from(large company name here) and I’ve spent 30 minutes filling out individual orders online for a pickup order tomorrow since your company doesn’t allow catering orders for groups under 20. I see that there are only pick-up times listed and not a date for the order. I want to confirm that Chipotle doesn’t allow advance online orders before I have to start all over again tomorrow morning.» Catering Specialist: «What?» Me: «I want to place an order for tomorrow. Do you accept orders for tomorrow? Either on the phone or online?» Catering Specialist: «I don’t understand. Did you place an order? Do you want to place an order? Have you placed an order? Today or tomorrow? Hello?» Me: «I. Want. To. Place. An. Order. For. Tomorrow.» Catering Specialist: «Oh, you want to place an order for tomorrow?» Me: «Yes.» Catering Specialist: «You can go online tomorrow or fill out a fax form and send it to us.» Me:(Deep breath.) «I have already filled out the order online. I want to know if I can set the date for TOMORROW.» Catering Specialist: «Oh, um, yeah. Tomorrow?» Me: «TOMORROW.» Catering Specialist: «You can’t change the date for tomorrow.» Me: «I’ll handle this at a later time. Thanks.» On Thursday morning, in a mad dash to get everything else done that needed to be accomplished for the meeting, I re-entered a bunch of individual lunch orders online. I walked over at lunchtime from where we were meeting to pick up the order. I walked to the cashier and let her know I was there for the order. She said one moment and got someone in back then gave me the receipt. A lady came out with a large cardboard box and 3 paper sacks on top of it and said, «Here’s your food.» No greeting, no smile, zip. After I commented on how big it was and how heavy, she offered to help me carry it but I declined. I just wanted out of there. There is no room at the doorway for people to get in and out of the restaurant whether they are coming or going, especially with the line past the door like it was. And it wasn’t a long line, it is just a really small area. There were 10 people in line. I had to carry this big box without being able to see my feet past a woman with a baby carriage and a little kid and apologize to her in advance for the tight squeeze because there was nowhere to go for any of us. Chipotle shorted us on salsa. I ordered chips and either salsa or guacamole for each person, and they forgot 3 orders of salsa. No complaints from anyone on the food though. I had a steak burrito and I do have complaints about it. There were two chunks of fat instead of steak in the burrito and barely any cheese at all. The tortilla was really tough. For $ 10, this was a total ripoff. Parking at Kent Station is available in the parking garage, on the street for a short window or in the lots nearby. There isn’t parking at the restaurant. Formerly owned by McDonald’s and having the same fare as Qdoba, which is owned by Jack In The Box, expect the same situation as a regular fast food restaurant except with really horrible service and fake catering. Food: 2 from me, 3 from the rest of the crowd Service: 0 Ambiance: 0 Parking: 3

I love Chipotle. This location is always friendly and always good. Sometimes the wait is really long though, esp. on the weekends and around 5−7pm(I get it, everyone is heading home around that time). Besides that, I have never had a bad experience at any Chipotle location.

Honestly I’ve been to a few Chipotles and this one was by far the worst in terms of food quality. My wife and I got identical chicken burritos and my wife kept complaining that the chicken was very chewy. Half way through my burrito I started to experience the same chewy meat. The service was ok, they made the burritos without a hitch(save for the above meat issue) and the restaurant itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Overall a slightly bellow average Chiptole’s experience, it’s sad that the food quality was suffering at this location.

Before you read this understand that this place has great food with simple ingredients. You can’t go wrong! I wish more places would take this approach because it makes you feel less guilt when you eat out. The reason I’m reviewing again is because the cashier girl could have been way more professional. She’s a new face and I won’t give any names(only because this isn’t allowed in a Unilocal review). She was more concerned with her boyfriend(in line behind me) getting extra ingredients without having to pay than she was with getting my order correct and acknowledging me as a customer. You shouldn’t make it that obvious that you are giving another customer extra ingredients for free just because you are ‘cool’ with them. Especially when the other customer(me) is PAYING to get less ingredients. It’s rude and highly unprofessional. She’s probably lucky I didn’t get loud about it. I was more polite to her and her coworkers than she ever was with me. she didnt look me in the face once. Not really a good combination of traits for somebody who is thee ‘face’ for your business.

I don’t go here very often but I love it. I was very happy with my service today. We had a complicated time, first my daughter got a carnitas burrito but she wanted steak. After I paid and walked away I talked to this guy I believe his name was Nate, and he was very very nice and he said that he would take care of it for my little girl. It was super busy and the line was long so I was appreciative that he even stepped in to help. Then when I got home somehow I got the wrong burrito go figure, I don’t know who’s burrito it was but it wasn’t mine. There was lettuce in it and no spicy hot sauce. So I called in and the same guy answered really nice, said he was sorry for the mix up, passed me to the manager, she didn’t blame me for the issue and was so quick to offer me a new burrito because I wasn’t happy with the one I got. I’m very happy and because of this great service I definitely will continue to go to this Chipotle!

I’ve gone to the one in Tukwila several times and it has been fresh every time. Since I live in Kent I went here yesterday the Guacamole I give a 5, but my chicken bowl was not the best. I will try them one more time.

I would eat here every single day if I could. Why is this place so delicious? So many options — so many different flavors & combos you can do. I typically don’t venture far from a bowl, but you can get a burrito, taco’s, salad — whatever! My personal favorite is the sofrita’s(which is tofu, for all you non-vegan people). I’m not a vegan by any means, i just think it tastes amazing! Before you turn your nose up, if you had it without knowing it was tofu… you wouldn’t be able to tell. I gave some leftovers to a co-worker of mine & he ate the whole thing, then asked what kind of meat he was eating & i told him it wasn’t meat, he had no idea. Thought he hated tofu, but I think i made a believer out of him(or at least with the sofrita’s from Chipotle). Moving on, brown rice(yum!), corn salsa(double yum), lettuce, cheese & guac on the side! I don’t like to get too crazy, but all these flavors mixed together really does it for me. Like i said though, they have so many other combos you can try. Much better than Taco Del Mar(which is where i used to go before here). This location gets pretty darn busy during the lunch hour, Kent Station has a lot of eateries, but this one is where a lot of people go to pick up their lunch & take back to the office. If you go around 1130A, the line isn’t long or almost non-existent. If you go anytime after 12P… you’re looking at a little bit of a wait in line & typically no seating open in the dining area. But it’s worth the wait. Portion sizing is huge & the food is so good.

The food here is always spot on. Some other locations always have burnt chicken or guac that tastes a little too ripe, but here, everything is perfect! Food wise, that is. I’ve noticed that the employees are really snarky and have quite a bit of attitude. I thought maybe it was just due to busy nights, but I went tonight(and it was surprisingly dead) and a few of the employees were still just stuck-up. Seeing how this place is like five minutes away from my house though, I’m sure I will be back.

Love this chipotle. They seem to have consistent workers, which I value. They’re all kind, the food is cheap, and they never judge me for asking for too much. I also ordered something from the secret menu and they knew exactly what I was talking about– educated employees? Impressive.
