I went to this business to add-on a service. Rob was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even gave me some options to lower my bill. This was a pleasant surprise. Verizon has been a great choice for our family.

My experience at Diamond wireless was beyond my expectations. I had never dealt with a third party phone store before so I was skeptical about how they could help me. I was at the end of a 2yr contract with Verizon and wanted to upgrade my phones and plan. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to upgrade our phones, double our data, got off the 2yr plan, and got a $ 200 credit on our account, all for the same monthly payment. The biggest surprise for me was there were no shocking prorated charges I was accustomed to when dealing directly with Verizon. Everything they said would happen, happened! I was very pleased! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their phone situation and is tired of dealing directly with the phone company.

We came here last week because our phones were due for an upgrade. Both my husband and I were going from the iPhone and wanted something different. I had my heart set on a Windows phone, my husband didn’t know what he wanted. The sales rep that helped us was nice, but we had to kind of get him out of his shell a little bit to talk about which phones are good for what. Also, they only had one working display phone, all the rest were plastic screens, so it was hard for my husband to really try something out before he bought it. He ended up getting an android. But I felt pretty chastised for wanting a Windows phone. Had the rep laugh at me because I wanted one and I really didn’t like any others. But he kindly called another location to see if they had one and they did, so I bought from the other store along with a car charger, screen protector, etc. Yesterday we came back in here because we were around Kent Station and I needed to return some of my accessories. Since they are an authorized reseller, they couldn’t take my Verizon brand accessories(which is understandable), but the rep said its because they carry much«higher quality brands» than the Verizon store does and that’s why they couldn’t take them… Okaaaaayyy… So then he proceeds to ask me what type of phone I got and I answered with a Windows phone, and him and his co-worker(who was sitting at a table doing nothing) laughed at me too. They tried telling me that Android is better blah blah blah. But obviously if you’re acting smug and rude when I ask if I could return some accessories, why would I listen to your Android-is-supreme speech? I know Verizon has some sort of deal with Android and their reps are supposed to push them, but seriously I don’t need to be laughed at when I say I want/have a Windows phone…

I went to this Verizon in a real emergency. My iphone was broke; it was the weekend; and I needed to new phone asap. Messi and Gerald were very helpful and really went the extra mile. They gave me advice about how to maintain the life of my phone and also made sure my $ 100 rebate was properly completed before I left the store. They really came through in the clutch.
