Jang Soo Tofu Restaurant

Brand spankin’ new Korean restaurant in the Great Wall Mall. Another
welcome addition to the Asian experience!
Kalbi short ribs. The meat comes out on a sizzling platter on a bed
of onions. Perfect Korean marinade infused in a thick, savory tender
meat.
Intestine tofu soup. Spicy, soft tofu soup with bits of
melt-​in-​yo-​mouth intestines. I really think they need to put more
intestines in there though!
Ban Chan, those small, complimentary dishes that are served with
Korean meals, were perfect portions. You get a creamy cole slaw, a
small fried fish, kimchi, spicy squid, pickled cucumbers, and a cool,
steamed mini bowl of rice. This was one of the few times that I
actually enjoyed the majority of a Ban Chan offering. I approve!
Try this new place out, the décor is pretty cool, the service ladies
are nice and the meal quite delectable!
