Lived here for about 3 years. Maintenance sucks. I always have to finish up their sloppy work. Expect to see a screen door replaced in one year should it ever get damaged or was never installed in the 1st place. The water system leaves little light blue crystals that gets filtered through the sink and clogs it. So you have to change it or take it out every once in a while. Can’t wait till my credit is good enough to buy a house. Management sucks also.
