Nadia T Afifi, DDS

This is my second year as a patient of Dr. Afifi. I am so glad that I found this wonderful dentist. She has a very warm and compassionate demeanor, and has made me feel very comfortable in all my visits. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and completely, and has even assisted me in finding the best possible insurance coverage for my needs. She has gone the extra mile in providing excellent care, and in fixing some long term issues from a lack of proper care in the past. She is sensitive to my «pain aversion» and has enabled me to relax and enjoy going to the dentist! She staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, and competent. Even parking is easy! I have made the commitment to remain her patient, as I’m sure I’d never find another dentist that I could trust or enjoy more than I do Dr. Afifi. Compassion and competence are a winning combination!

Dr. Afifi is nice enough but I didn’t have the best dental experience.
First time I went in, Dr. Afifi diagnosed me with 2 cavities. This was strange since I had never had a cavity in my life and nothing on the x-​rays confirmed this. A second opinion revealed my sealants had simply cracked and needed a replacement.
I might come back for a cleaning because it’s near my work. But anything important, I would definitely go to a more thorough/​knowledgable dentist.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!! Her entire staff is amazing. My entire family has been going to Dr. Afifi for many years, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her & her staff. She is a perfectionist at everything she does. She is kind, sensitive, compassionate. I could go on & on about how amazing she is.
Her office is very clean, and her equipments are sterilized to a perfection.
If you are not a patient of hers, I URGE you to please go see her. You will LOVE her & her staff.

Dr Afifi took time to spend with me about my medical history in addition to oral history. She was compassionate and friendly. Her staff was professional and I felt valued. The office was clean and had a beautiful picture window! She gave me good advice.

She’s my dentist now (based on Unilocal reviews). She is patient — very sensitive to my «pain» level (I have old teeth that need upgrading!). I’m not a big fan of dentists so the good news, she isn’t scarey and her staff is great!

I have been coming to Dr. Afifi since I was in Junior High School. She hosts a charming team that really tend to your every need and go the extra mile to help their patients feel relaxed and comfortable while they fix your teeth.
+++ Customer Service: At all facets of their business, they really are helpful and attentive to the patient’s every need. I think because they are a smaller dentist office they are able to spend that extra time and care with each patient to make an otherwise uncomfortable thing that much more pleasant. I even had problems with bills before and they took the extra attention to make sure what was going on rather than trying to bill me for the full amount (insurance issues :/​).
+ Location: The office is well lit, for an older place it has been very well maintained and the parking there has never been a problem.
I would gladly recommend Dr. Afifi’s office to anyone looking to get dental care in Kent.

Dr. Afifi is extremely professional and so very kind. I only stopped visiting her for my cleanings because I moved away. Her staff is helpful and friendly. If you’re in south king county and in need of a great dentist, see doctor Afifi, she’s wonderful.
PS-​If you fear the dentist because you’re afraid of pain, she’s very gentle!
