Nails 2000 Salon

I was shopping at Westfield Tukwila and decided to stop here to get my nails done before getting more Christmas shopping done at The Outlet Collection. I got a french tip shellac manicure. Their prices are really a great value and they did an excellent job. They still look gorgeous after a week and brand new. Shellac is a bit more expensive, but well worth the long term results. The ladies working here are nice and do nails very quick, but thorough. Will definitely be going back here many times to get my nails did!

Worst nail shop by far they use to be my favorite honestly idk What happend. Not none of the three women in there knows how To Do nails. I’m Currently Finding Some Where New Good Luck To Those Who Do go there.

This was one of the worst nail salons I have ever been too, let’s just say they told me to go to a different salon when I asked them a simple question (if they did gel nails). It was my first and last time. Horrible customer service!

Affordable pedicure lasted two weeks. That’s enough for 4 stars from me. I was there on a Friday afternoon, and I was glad I got there when I did because shortly after 5 p.m., they got pretty busy and there was a little bit of a wait.
But while I was there, I saw something that really impressed me. There was a woman getting a manicure, who said something like «I really need a pedicure, but I just got back surgery, I wouldn’t be able to sit in that chair.» The employee sat down on the floor and did a polish change and mini-​pedicure for the woman. That’s impressive service and shows real concern for the customer.

3.5 stars. Not the best nail salon experience I have ever had but it certainly wasn’t the worst. I was the only one in the salon and they don’t play music or anything so it was very quiet. She took her time and my nails turned out a-​ok.

I wish I didn’t even have to give a star. So disappointed in this place. Went with my friend to get our nails done. I wanted a mani/​pedi and she wanted a pedi/​fill. They were busy when we got there which was fine we didn’t mind waiting but when we finally got seated they had to pull equipment off one machine to put onto mine to get it working and another customer was vacating her chair and I was waiting and the nail tech was like sit, sit, sit and I told her I couldn’t I was waiting, being patient but she didn’t understand. They couldn’t work on my friend at the same time but she sat with me so we could talk– happy she did because the tech was more interested in her cell phone conversation and conversiving with her co-​workers then me. It took them much longer then normal to finish my nails — probably because they were on their phone and they finally started my friends pedi when I was finished. Sitting there watching my friends pedi and chatting with her and waited till she was almost done before one of the techs who had been sitting there asked if I was getting a mani — we had already told them a couple times what both of us were doing. Again — maybe a little less talking on the cell phone? They started on my mani and she talked to me for a whole two seconds to brag about her kid then went on to talk to her co-​workers. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter — told her no but would like them trimmed to be nice and matching lenghts and she barely touched the lenghts. I finished my mani just as they were finishing my friends Pedi — she wanted to get a fill but since it had taken so long changed her mind — then they told her it would only take 30 minutes for her nails so she agreed. An hour and a half later (her mani alone) we finally left that place. We were so shocked! We had plans for that evening and they were almost ruined by the amount of time it took them to do two mani/​pedis.
They don’t inform you either until you pay that they are pretty much a cash only place unless you want to pay the $ 1.00 service fee. Thankfully my friend had cash and paid for mine until I could get cash.
I guess with that service you have to charge the service fee because I would HOPE that people wouldn’t go back after the horrible experience. Now, less then 48 hours later one of my nails has already chipped and another is threatening too. I’ve never had a problem with my nails chipping — they usually last a week before they start.
Pricing is nothing special either. Mani/​Pedi is $ 30. You would be much better going across the street into the Safeway parking lot and the nail salon there. I marked them pricy because for $ 30 you can get the same thing and better service else where.
Also marked them No for Credit Cards because they charge a fee.

Not a good place, cheap nail polishes, terrible manicurists, the polish chipped off the same night on multiple nails! Stay away or do your own, even if you have never done it, you will do a better job.

My sister my Mom and I tried this nail salon last Saturday becuase it was close to my sisters house and we are SO glad we did! This place is the BEST! We got manicures and pedicures, the ladies that worked there were so nice and spent SO much time on us, we felt so pampered. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. They massaged your legs for at least 10 minutes then wrap your calves in nice warm towels (which I’d never had done before) which was amazing! We will definitley be back! Thanks again 2000 Nails! :)

This place is the greatest nail salon I have ever been to ! I have been coming here for like 10 yrs and never had a bad experience :-) and Jennifer is the only one I have do my pedicures she’s fantastic !!! I never have to tell her what to do and my toes always turn out fabulous !!! I love this place :-)
