Let’s start with the company is classless already, dirt poor wadges, no benniffits at all, nothing,!That’s right not even a week or lol a DAY of paid vacatio everyone knows bussnesses fail, well they sure did! Crappy management and regional directors, are the cause I am sure BUT to close down no notice no warning nothing to there emplyees? just were. no longer a running restraunt. I ate there often, the workers are good hard working, polite fast(most of them) the place Clean, freindly except for thelazy, sneeky, classless management team. those servers and rest of crew went given one ounce of respect, personal item thrown away. crew invited for meeting once arive told nevermind we cancelled go home jobless nice HUH

Food was good but a remodel needs to happen badly the floors are nasty and the seats are ripped. for the price you pay to eat they should fix the place. But over all if your in need of a filling meal stop in.

We went here at around 11 a.m. and they had already changed to their lunch selections. We wanted breakfast and asked why they changed early, the server was rude and ignored us. Most of the food had no flavor. Some of the food was so burnt into their trays you could not get any. When I went to get a glass the glass was dirty and I pointed it out to the nearest employee and all I got in response was a «it’s not that bad, just use it.» Overall the restaurant was very dirty and not well kept. Not going back.

Every negative things others have mentioned, we witness through our own experience dining here! Food is terrible, place is filthy, staff not helpful and the crowd that this place attracts was crazy! People behave like it’s their last meal ever! Even the children were learning how to run from food line to food line, pushing and shoving along the way!!! Never Ever Ever returning back!!!

It was my first time finally heading to OCB. I was so excited to eat! We were all so hungry when we went in. But when I saw the food and its quality, I was shocked. It was horrible. Very poor quality food. I had the worst experience ever. Definitely never going back. We were all very disappointed.

This restaurant(if you even choose to call it that) is ridiculously over priced. The food is worse then the food you would find in a homeless kitchen in North Korea. The pizza was so hard that it snapped in half like a baguette. The pasta noodles were so old that they frayed apart on my plate. Most of the food i stayed away from because they looked to be as old as Bernie Sanders. The entire Restaurant was so filthy that i wish they offered a shower stand instead of a salad bar. But with the amount of water they put in their lettuce to make it look«fresh» i could have showered with it. So if you want food that is at a lower quality then that of the food in a schools cafeteria, and pay more money to eat here then you would at Red Lobster, then go ahead and dine away, but i would save your wallet and your toilet the grief and just go somewhere else.

After receiving coupons in the mail, I figured it might be worth the while to head out there. My fiancée and I are no stranger to buffet restaurants, and we know to expect what you normally get there too. You’re not paying for a 5 star food experience – you’re going to get substandard food in mass quantities. Its not going to be the best food ever, but there’s bound to be something that’s mediorely decent that you’ll find. And its hard to mess up foods that are mostly just pre-packaged that you heat up and leave under the cooker lights. Needless to say, my goodness we were wrong. The morning breakfast buffet deal with their coupons(Buy one, get one for $ 2) and two drinks came out to $ 15, which is half of what we pay when we go to IHOP, so a great financial deal. There’s a reason you pay more for IHOP. Sure, you don’t get as much food, but you get real food. The«scrambled» eggs were rubbery, the«poached» eggs looked like fake rubber fried eggs swimming in a water bath, the shredded hashbrowns weren’t seasoned at all, but the triangle patties were salt licks, the french toast was dry, the coffee was watered down, the country fried steak was like eating soft breaded jerky, the cottage cheese tasted off(unsalted/dull/bland), and the strawberry sauce for pancakes/waffles/etc had a medicinal taste. Good things? The(canned) sausage gravy wasn’t bad, I wonder what brand they use? Same goes for the(packaged) oatmeal raisin cookies and the orange juice. As we worked our way through these plates of less than mediocrety, we started to notice that the clientelle around us was mostly like an episode of The Men’s Room’s «Profile This.» Definitely a place where parents could get their children plenty of food for dirt cheap, because kids aren’t going to know any different. And this is why we’re fat, America. Please, just stay away…

Very very rude. I went with my cousins and the food was okay but the service wasn’t great. The saw my little cousin drinking out of the wrong colored cup and she snatched it away and said it in a cruel tone and saying she’ll charge my little cousin. I hate the service here. Would I come back? Hmmm, only if family invited me, then yes. Other wise, no.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Doesn’t matter what it tastes like going down if you have to taste it again coming up.

Do your appetite a favor, go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food here is pretty poor. We went for a breakfast meal(my favorite meal of the day) but we were sadly disappointed. I ordered an omelet with cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Sadly, the bacon wasn’t bacon… they were a few fried ham pieces mixed in with huge chunks of ham fat. I had to carefully pick around all of the chunks of fat just to finish it… :( The bacon slices from the buffet were paper thin, flavorless, and shattered when you tried to bite them. The scrambled eggs were under-seasoned, over-cooked, and rubbery. The French Toast was flavorless and dried out to the point where the edges were hard(I mean like a croûton, can’t even cut it with a knife kind of hard). The best item that I had was the Chicken Fried Steak with gravy. Had I known what the other dishes were going to be like at the start of the meal, I would have gotten a plate full of just these! The breading was very tasty and well seasoned. No complaints on the meat or the gravy. Found 1 enjoyable dish… Lesson learned, we won’t be going back…

This was so disappointing for $ 32 dollars for 2 people. I have no problem paying for good food but this was not worth it. Tired looking chicken and mega salty greens. The pizza was so unappetizing I didn’t touch it. The little pan of steak was dryer than a desert. The waitress was kind and answered my question of why the green are so salty«because of the bacon». Add less bacon! Do these people taste the food they serve? Nothing, absolutely nothing was worth what we paid. There’s a better buffet across the street that has a good food selection. The selection of food was pitiful ABSOLUTELYPITIFUL! Don’t just settle, demand better for your dollars. Sorry so negative but I can’t believe people except this place. They won’t get my patronage again. DONTJUSTSETTLEFORLOWSTANDARDFOOD! I should have gone to Mc Donald’s !!

I haven’t been to OCB for breakfast in a long time, but I love the idea of a breakfast buffet. A lot of the stuff here wasn’t good, though. The bacon was super thin, hard, and too crispy. The hash browns were a mixture of mealy, raw, and burnt. You could tell from looking at the diced potatoes that they were going to be completely dried out(and they were). The pancakes just tasted like dry bread, and the waffles were soggy. The scrambled eggs were super bland, and they could’ve used more butter. I did like that they had peppers and mushrooms to go with the eggs, though. They didn’t have any blueberry muffins, and the cinnamon rolls weren’t the best. It was neat that they had pre-toasted English muffins(even if they were a little chewy), sliced ham, sunny-side up eggs and hollandaise sauce to make eggs Benedict. The biscuits weren’t bad, although it would be nice if they had a larger selection of preserves. The potato cakes were good, and the one thing that stood out as amazing was the French toast. It was the perfect mix of egg, sweetness, and crunch. I almost want to go back just for the French toast, but I’d rather find a breakfast buffet that actually has good food.

I have written about this in the past and I don’t think anyone is listening. OCB is still a good place for a simple and quick meal. We eat a lot of vegies/salads. We keep meat to a minimum, but appreciate when it is well done. I haven’t seen the fish filets lately(they were my favorite), the salads are still really good. We do not waste food and we taught our kids the same. My itch is that the Kent restaurant is dirty and run down. Dishes stack up on tables after people leave, dish runners beg for tips(a sign they are being starved for wages). A very simple face-lift would brighten it up tremendously. Replace decades old carpet, pressure wash the sidewalks and clean up the entry way. WASH the WINDOWS! Pressure wash the restrooms(the floor drains are there for a reason)! The place is just dirty and it’s sad, because wasn’t that way before. Sincerely, Barb Horton, Granny’s Veteran since opening, now Granny herself.

I’ve been dinning at Kent OCB for the past few years and it’s been slowly going down hill. They used to have carved ham and now it’s gone. They used to have bagels, and now it’s gone. They used to have good strong coffee, and now it’s been replaced by something else. Ok, forget the breakfast, go for dinner. Then for dinner they ran out of steak and was replaced by hamburger patties. No ham, no turkey, but still have roast beef. Their selections are getting worse and they have the steak roast in those little metal pots and they don’t taste good at all. I used to go OCB once or twice a week, and now I barely go once a month.

It’s a good place for a buffet if you have coupons. They have a mexican bar where you can make your own tacos or burritos. They always have mac and cheese approved by the kiddies. Speaking of kiddies if you aren’t a fan of screaming demon spawn children, avoid on weekends. Other yummy favorites is their cornbread stuffing and mashed potatoes with country gravy. Biscuits and gravy also yummy. They have a plethera of desserts including different types of cake cheesecake, cookies, and you can make your own ice cream sundae. Environment is clean and employees are friendly.

I only go when I have coupons from the mail. My neighbors throw them out and I collect all those coupons for the $ 5.99 lunch or $ 4.99 breakfast. This OCB is better than the one in Federal Way but I HATE the music in here(late 1990s to present crap) I like the Mexican chicken and fried chicken breasts and white coconut cake The salad bar is good, you would pay a fortune for prepared salads at a grocery store. If you pay before 3:30 p.m. you only pay the lunch price but the dinner foods come out at 3 :30. Turkey is only served on Sunday and the dinner buffet serves ham and beef too often. Clam chowder is serve too infrequently and they need more varieties of soups. I never buy produce so this is my chance to eat salad. I use hand sanitizer after touching the buffet handles.

Sign up for their newsletter for a BOGO coupon. It will be sent to your email the morning AFTER you sign up… so plan ahead! On my most recent dinner trip, we had 4 adults eat for around $ 20. That’s cheaper than a regular meal at McDonalds. Sure, the food isn’t the greatest but there are definitely things worth eating there. I suggest to try a SMALLSMALL bit of everything and see what is «good» or not. Make sure to avoid all those gravy types of things as they have trans fat.

3 star is for the staff and keeping the restaurant relatively clean. Staff picks up plates, asks if we need anything and are pleasant. And for the variety of food. They had broccoli today which was good. Usually their veggies are carrots and corn or just grab the salad bar. The green beans were oversteamed so it wasn’t even green so I skipped that. I like their corn muffins, roast chicken and the potato bar today. They didn’t have their nice buttery rolls this trip but usually grab few of those when they have it. Roast beef was ok. The apple crisp was tasty. It’s nice they have small samples of the desserts. I don’t understand why they didn’t have any whipped cream though. that would have gone nicely with the apple crisp. oh and the beverage bar is pretty cool. you can go crazy with the icee, soda, coffee etc. Cons: fish was dry, any fried stuff usually too much breading, I like coconut but the cake was dry. Pizza was soggy. chicken noodle soup can be way salty. it is a buffet so often it’s hit/miss on some of the food. It’s a decent buffet but not«high caliber». I go once in awhile when I really don’t want to cook!
