I go here a lot for breakfast and lunch, when I am in the area. This Panera is at the Kent Station, which is across the street from the King County Court House as well as the Showare Center. For breakfast I like the bagels and cream cheese, the bagels are kind of chewy, and as good as anything you can get in the best bagel shop in NY. For lunch I like the broccoli cheese soup, which is great as well. Can’t get enough of that soup. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of parking. Plus this is good company that does a lot for the community. What’s not to like about good food, made quickly, and a nice place to enjoy a meal. Also free wifi.

I don’t live far from here, and I love the food. I LOVE soup in a bread bowl, the salads. My kids love the mac and cheese! I like that Panera has put in self service stations to help control the line. And the service is always friendly and quick. And of course, I love that they recycle, compost, and all that to save the earth.

I’m not sure if it is just me or not… but I clicked on the address to this Panera on Unilocal and it sent me to some random building? I had to stop and ask someone for the correct directions to Panera. Not too happy about that but overall great customer service for the large crowd they have.

Always has awesome food and great customer service :) they take the time to become familiar with your name and be as friendly as possible. The rewards system is worth it to sign up I might add!

I frequent this place for breakfast since it’s on the way to work. During all the times I have come by this place, I have never had bad service. The staff is always friendly and courteous! The atmosphere is very relaxing during the early mornings. There’s also a nice fireplace inside but I prefer to sit near the window and aimlessly look outside as I’m having my coffee and/or breakfast. The online app is excellent and I take full advantage of it during times when I’m in a hurry. I will place my order and pay for it ahead of time. My order is always ready in 10 minutes. The staff usually greets me as soon as I walk in the door and wish me a good day as I quickly leave from picking up my order. I usually get one of their bagel breakfast sandwiches or the steel cut oatmeal topped with cinnamon, strawberries, and pecans. Delicious! I rate this place 4 stars because I’m not a big fan of their lunches or dinners. I did take advantage of the free ‘pick any two’ that I had on my rewards card. The squash soup was delicious. However, the roasted Turkey, Apple, and white cheddar sandwich was ok. Nothing to rave over. I’m not a big fan of cold sandwiches so I could be biased. I will definitely be back here again. It’s just too convenient for me not to. Plus they have an awesome breakfast selection from bagels, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, etc.

The worst food ever. I had chicken avocado salad was bad. No flavor, awful presentation and just bad all around. Kids meals we tossed. We usually enjoy Panera bread not this location.

I have gone many times to this particular location and I used to enjoy the food. Last time I went there, I found a piece of plastic bag inside my chicken noodle soup and the coffee that was around five dollars tasted like milk and a speck of coffee. I ordered a vanilla latte and I was thoroughly dissapointed at the decline of the quality of the food and honestly I have no desire to ever go to a Panera location.

I said I wouldn’t come back. But my time working close to this location was extended and there aren’t many more good choices around so I decided to give Panera another try(two to be exact). The cashiers have been very friendly, as has the rest of the staff. Even when it was really busy today and the line was long, it went by fast and my food was a lot quicker to come out than the last time! Plus, two out of three times, they got my order correct! :)

I tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I stopped in for lunch and got the ½ sandwich and soup special. I had the wild rice soup and it was really delicious, so was the turkey sandwich. I couldn’t resist trying one of their cherry Danishes and that was delicious as well. The prices were on the high side, but the quality and flavor of the food here is top-notch. I’ll definitely be going back for more in the future! :)

This is one of my favorite restaurants right now. Awesome prices, delicious vegan-friendly options, nice causal setting, and right by my college campus. I twice got something on my food that I asked to be taken off but I realize it’s just a communication error and they always correct it right when I ask, so that doesn’t make it any worse for me. Favorite salad was the strawberry poppyseed without chicken until they took it off the menu after summertime. My favorite soup is the black bean, it’s so yummy and comforting, and I also love the garden vegetable soup with no pesto. Also, how can you go wrong with sourdough? I love this place and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Panera is a nice place to go and socialize… catch up with old friends. Their Chai tea latte is amazing. Their food is quite delicious. Nice atmosphere, can get really busy and loud.

I had breakfast here on Sunday 9−27−15. Pricing is better then what I had remembered in the past. I had the Steak and Cheese Sandwich. I thought is was very good to excellent. This location is clean. I really didn’t have any issues here.

I love their food BUT most the time I order ahead of time(rapid pick-up) so I can just pick up my food and leave and I don’t have to wait in line during lunch rush, specially because it takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get here plus driving back to work. When I get there most of the time my food is not ready or I’m missing something. Also their pastas are too salty(tortellini alfredo, chicken tortellini, etc). I think there is better service when there are not busy.

The place is clean and the service is great. They deliver your entrees to you and clean up for you as well. I tried the new kale Caesar salad and it was yummy! Pair it with their iced green tea and you got yourself a great lunch.

My limited experience with other Panera Bread locations led to trepidation when I discovered no other business delivers breakfast in a 25 mile radius to where we were having our business meeting and I had to use this Panera location. However, there were no issues, and the food was fine. I ordered breakfast for our business meeting to be delivered to an offsite. It was delivered on time, and the order was correct. The coffee was hot, and the OJ cold. The pastries were good, and the hot breakfast sandwiches were lukewarm and lacked flavor. The bagels tasted like they were from the day before at a grocery store, not freshly made nor chewy and tasty like a bagel should be. The catering menu is limited. I’m use to a much larger selection for catering. Kent is not Seattle, obviously, and finding any business that would deliver breakfast was a struggle itself. I’m OK with ordering from them again for certain things only. Food: 3 for the pastries, 2 for the bagels, 1 for the egg & cheese sandwiches Service: 3 Ambiance: NA Parking: NA

Dont have everyone sit at the counter for 10 minutes. You would rather slice and stack bagels in my face rather than take my order? Its just a bunch of high schoolers here with minimum education and a lack of motivation. These happy go lucky teens could care less about this place and dont understand what work is.

I come here 2 – 3 times a week. Food is the same as any other Panera bread. I get the broccoli soup in a bread bowl along with a Greek salad. The soup is really hot and could use a little more broccoli. The salad was lacking dressing, but after I noted that to them they added more dressing. What differentiates this Panera from the Tukwila one that I normally go to is the people(employees). The manager that was working today(Bryce) was really nice, courteous, thoughtful and pretty legit. Come in on the weekends and you’ll have a hard time finding a place to sit(which I find as a good thing because people want to eat here), but it’s worth waiting for a seat

I came here because the Renton location was out of blueberry bagels at 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday. They only had two French toast bagels left there, too. I ordered the blueberry ones without looking, and when the cashier turned around and saw that there wasn’t even a basket for them, she said, «I guess we’re out of blueberry bagels for today.» Not the case at the Kent location! They had tons of every flavor bagel in stock. The cashier was very pleasant, and she even gave me a choice of having the bagels in a plastic or paper bag, and came out from behind the counter to bring them to me. Not really necessary, but it was standout customer service! The bagels themselves were perfect, and not overdone in the slightest.
