I couldn’t find a place that offered reasonable rates, with food and housekeeping included that was as beautiful as Radcliffe. Most apartments I have lived at had only one or two staff members, so not everything was taken care of in a timely manner. At Radcliffe I have a full team of staff to assist me, just like being in a hotel. I could never take for granted all the wonderful people and amenities I have here at Radcliffe Place.

This place had the potential to be great, but has slowly gone downhill. The management could care less about the residents and the families and it was only a matter of time before that started to show!

The residents and staff are very nice, but the food reminds me of elementary school lunches, They are made as cheaply as possible and typically taste bland. I think this is important as the residents have little choice but to eat it.
Another issue is cleaning. They will not even move a dining chair to clean under the table because they consider the chair «personal property!» I also spent hours (9÷7÷13) cleaning as they really do not clean well. I bathroom floor was filthy (and there was no «personal property» obstructing cleaining_
I hope this place improves. My mother likes the residents and staff, but I must say I am a little disappointed
