Dickey’s is Dickeys– reliable, quality recipes at a decent price for BBQ. No matter where you go, good BBQ is not «cheap.» The owner went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience, and that makes all the difference.

Lots of BBQ to choose from in Kerrville, I vote this as the best! A bit high priced. Great mac and cheese… I like the order at counter though, so you don’t really have to tip, that helps on the price. Fast service, clean. Only place I go for brisket.

Went many times this summer, mostly having sliced beef sandwiches but also enjoyed their sausage and ribs. Excellent food and reasonable prices.

Out of potatoes at 3 in the afternoon on a weekday? I walked in and all employees sitting around at a table. Hello maybe make some potatoes or clean the place. RIDICULOUS

I’ve never been to a Dickey’s before they came to Kerrville. I still prefer the brisket at some of the local places, but they have really good sausage and the ribs are pretty good too.
Another thing i like is that they have a good selection of sides. I’m not a big fan of potato salad or coleslaw in general so i was delighted to see favorites like waffle fries, macaroni and cheese and onion tanglers. Their baked potato casserole is realy good too, kinda like loaded baked potatoes.
They have online ordering too, which i’ve found convenient when I’m in a hurry.
