I took my laptop into this company to be fixed. It took them much longer then the time they quoted me it would take to get the needed part in and to fix it. There was virtually no contact from them to let me know what was going on and why my computer wasn’t ready yet. If I hadn’t called I’m not sure I ever would have gotten my computer back. But the worst part of this company, is that they will damage your computer and then claim they didn’t do it. They physically damaged my computer and proceeded to try to tell me it was previous damage. They did not take any responsibility for their mistake, and basically called me a liar. I advise you to stay very far away from this company if you like your computer.

I have had 2 experiences with DNA, Once in 2011, and again in 2012. I purchased a used desktop computer for my girlfriend. This was a bare bones desktop, for 250 bucks. It still works today, no issues at all.
I purchased a very nice HP 2000 laptop in August of 2012, virtually like new, saved about 75 dollars from a new one would cost, and still had 6 months of warranty on it at the time. I have had Zero issues with it as well.
When you can get 2 computers at a cut rate that are quality, that’s hard to beat. I highly recommend this place. Service was friendly as well.
