Kettering Hills and Dales Florist

I ordered flowers from Hills & Dales online for my grandparents. I live in Pittsburgh now, but wanted to use a local business and liked the selection. Well after I placed the order to be delivered to their home, they were both back in the hospital the next day. I called to see if it might be possible to change it, expecting they may have already been delivered since it was after noon. They were so friendly over the phone and said they would have the driver bring it back and deliver it to the hospital the next day. They even changed my gift message from «Welcome Home» to «Thinking of You». When I called back today with the room number, they confirmed they had already been delivered to Miami Valley.
Really outstanding customer service! I was not expecting to be able to make changes, and they went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank them enough, and I heard my grandma cried when she saw the flowers so they must have looked nice!

Stopped to buy a bouquet for a birthday. The staff was friendly enough and helpful. Most of the flowers that caught my eye were out in buckets on the floor but had been claimed for arrangements already. One of the women brought out flowers that were washed out and wilted looking and then I asked for an alternate color and they brought out some gorgeous stems. I don’t think the arrangement was exactly what I wanted but everything basic was sold out so I guess with a last minute walk in request it is to be expected but I feel like basic fillers like baby’s breath should be in hand. I would use them again but will order ahead of possible and see how that works. I would head to Sherwood Florist that moved downtown if distance isn’t a factor.

I’ve been using Kettering Hills & Dales Florist for over 15 years. Most recently, we had them do flowers for my husband’s mother’s memorial service held in Kettering, on March 22, 2014.
Diana is wonderful to work with. I always know the flowers will look amazing! This time was no different. We were very pleased with the flowers.
