This place is great! I have tried almost everything but my favorites are the cheddar scallion biscuits, lemon bars and scones! This young woman who owns this awesome bakery works her tail off and I am hoping this establishment is here for a very long time. The coffee is really great too! I love, love, love this new bake shop. True homemade goodies, try the chocolate cherry scone… delicious!

My favorite bakery in Kew Gardens! Delicious and fresh, you can tell the owner pours her heart and soul into her bakery. I love the blueberry banana bread, scones, lemon bars and biscuits. There are so many other treats I want to try. My husband loves the crumb cake and cookies. She has delicious soups and it’s one of the few places you can get organic coffee and tea! So nice to have a independent bake shop in the area instead of another chain brand coffee place. You can taste the difference in quality. I love Pink Lily

My family and I wish this place do well. After going there 3 times, I would not go in there every again. The pastries are just average tasting. The hospitality from the owner is far from passable. My husband, daughter and I went in early one evening. I ordered X for my daughter. Owner: «Is this it?»(She was about to have me pay for it while walking toward the cashier register) Me: «no, my husband wants to try Y. « Owner: «It’s not like he can try things without paying for them.» Maybe there is bad choice of words on my part, but her response is so d@mn rude! I hope she finds some friendly workers to run the shop while she bakes in the back. With service like this, it will be gone in no time.

Finally got into Pink Lilly Bake Shop on Lefferts. They had so much to choose from. Went with the cheddar biscuits and chocolate brownie. Everything was super tasty and they had a nice crowd in there. I can’t wait to try the small sweet breads.

Cute. shop, I totally welcome this shop in the hood. I’m totally addicted to their cookies. Crisp on the outside and soft and chewy in the inside. The cupcakes are just okay. Not a fan of their bundt cake. Dry and burnt on the outside. Maybe it’s a combo of their bundt pan or overbaking. Nevertheless. I’m a fan of small businesses in the hood and will continue to support the biz. Too many hair shops. nail salons.etc. Lets keep this gem.

Talk about an irresistible force, it’s next to impossible to walk past this place without succumbing to the temptation of picking up something sweet. Walked in the other day to the sweet sounds of Bob Marley — they were putting the finishing touches of frosting on a coconut-ginger cake with lime frosting in honor of his birthday. They gave me a sample of the top of the crust they had sliced off and I couldn’t walk out of there without getting a huge slice … delicious!

We ordered the ginger pear spiced cake from here for Thanksgiving. The second you walk in, its like stepping into a pink cloud. Lovely! The ladies were super nice and chatty, yet very efficient with the order. The place smelled lovely and was very clean. And oh man, that cake. From the moment I picked it up(freshly baked, warm, packed in a nice sturdy box neatly tied with a ribbon), the smell had me drooling. Needless to say, the cake was a HUGE hit. Warm, melty pieces of pear, right amount of ginger and spices, and awesome for microwave reheats for a whole week’s guilty pleasure. Awesome addition to Kew Gardens gastrosphere.

The bakery is very cute and girly but as soon as you go in you’re like«where’s the cupcakes and goodies?» It’s very empty. I think they make only 6 chocolate cupcakes and 6 vanillas cupcakes for the whole day. Ehhh i don’t know but it needs a lot more variety. I’m sorry :/

After eyeing this place down from the bus for months I FINALLY got to try it out. Had the brownie and the red velvet cupcake. Brownie was super chocolatey and yum and the cupcake was the perfect consistency from the cake to the frosting. The interior’s also really cute. Loved it!

My review is not of the food, the cupcakes were tasty. However, it’s a bakery without baked goods. They sell tiny cupcakes, other then that it as an odd business model. Good idea for the neighborhood, terrible business model

Staff is very friendly, and the baked goods are incredibly delicious. Scones to die for, especially the savoury scones. Prices are very reasonable — so reasonable that it’s hard to believe they’ll be able to stay in business — this neighborhood is known for its(far too) high rent, and lots of businesses fail because of it. I hope these women stick around, because it’s wonderful to finally have decent scones and other baked goods within walking distance. They have only a few kinds of tea, but they are all good. My sole complaint, if I can even call it that, is that the place is extremely pink indeed, and kind of feels like I’m walking into a Pepto Bismol museum. This annoys me a bit because I dont like the colour pink to begin with, but it matters not in the grand scheme of things. It’s just a bit overwhelming and actually does sometimes stop me from going into the store. Why, I dont know. So if you have this same aversion, master yourself, and head on inside anyway. It’s very much worth a visit. Treat yourself!

If you’re reading this, I recommend you turn around and head towards Pink Lily, because you’re obviously already interested. This cute little bakery is an absolute gem in already cute little neighborhood. I can attest to the banana bread and coffee cake being some absolutely delicious. My roommates tell me their scones are delicious as well. The owner/head baker? is also just a delightful human being.

Was so glad to see this cheery, clean looking bakery come to Lefferts. Tried a few cookies and they taste like something anyone would make at home. The baked goods in the case really don’t stand out and are not particularly appetizing looking. The reason Martha’s Bakery and Magnolia do so well is not because the baked goods are any better but that they look so good! The prices are also too high for Queens. I’ll continue going else where.

Cute little bakery shop with an extra clean kitchen. Friendly, nice, and DELICIOUS brownie! I mean, who doesn’t like their brownies to be soft, chocolatey, fresh and extra yummy? I hope this place lasts, I hope they provide free wifi so I can come and work from here instead of the dreaded ODradek by the LIRR, and I hope lots of people fill this place up with some more good energy.

Best bakery in Kew Gardens because the taste of their baked goods and their service. You get greeted promptly and genuinely by the mommy and daughter. They have no problem answering any questions you may have. It is a very small place with like two or three tables although I suspect most people take it to go on their way to work or home. As a heads up, if you like in-your-face flavors that pop at you then this place is not for you. All the baked goods I’ve had are very subtle but tasty and the flavor is not overpowering(which I personally prefer). Lemon almond scone– pretty darn good Buttermilk biscuit– yess Chocolate chip cookie– not possible to mess this up Strawberry lemon bar– tarty goodness Pecan cookie– chunks of pecans :) Vanilla cupcake– dense vanilla bread yum Verdict: everything is good so far and I cannot wait to try out their entire selection(which I will in time) Why wouldn’t you support a typical mom-and-pop store that sells great treats?

First I saw the storefront. Then I read reviews. Last Saturday I bought a variety of goodies to try at a friends house. Today, I stopped back in again. Verdict: delicious, quality, homemade sweets. A perfect and much needed addition to our Kew Gardens neighborhood! I’ve only seen one woman there so I assume she is both the owner and the baker. She is so pleasant to chat with and kudos to her baking skills. *The red velvet cupcakes were a hit. *The sugar cookie sandwich(icing in the middle with sprinkles) was super sweet, but I couldn’t stop eating it, so it while super sweet also super yummy. *The coconut scone(which I came back for today 8÷4÷15) was the best scone I’ve ever had in my life! It was perfect flavor and consistency. *The PB cookie and chocolate chip cookie were raved about. *Not sure about the brownie but I’m sure it’s delightful. Haven’t tried the cake, breads(banana bread), biscuits or coffee yet, but I have a feeling I won’t be disappointed. The price is reasonable for the quality of the baked goods. You can tell they are made with love. You can also place orders in advance for full cakes. I usually make my own, but I am confident that any cake from here would be just as good! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are in search for quality baked goods for that sweet tooth of yours! :)
