un bon restaurant de burgers et frites. on rajoute des ingrédients à la base du burger choisi à volonté et dans le tarif indiqué. la boisson est à volonté. les frites comme à la maison !!! pour 10 USD par personne vous sortirez sans la faim !!!

Worse five guys ever! No ketchup or napkins at 9pm. Messy and Dirty restaurant. Workers had a major attitude problem. Fries portion was unusually small for the chain. Burgers did taste fine.

Food was normal decent Five Guy fare. The staff especially the girl taking care of us was rude. Just a reminder… when you work in the service industry you will need to have people skills. especially in tourist area. What a disappointment from the service that we have had at 5 guys… shame with foreign business being heavy in area… people will think this is representative of the restaurant

Visited the key west joint today. Extraordinary tasty Bacon cheeseburger with seared onions, BBQ sauce and Mayo. One of the best burgers i ever hab, by far the best one out of a burger chain. Unfortunatly no restroom in the house which would be appreciated after eating such a succulent burger. Fries nice as well. Service fast and obliging.

Best Five Guys in the whole Five Guys chain. Amazing service! Don’t spend a fortune on food — go here for fresh food that’s filling — and save your money for drinking!

I love hamburgers and whenever possible I try and eat in famous hamburger chains. Of course it’s no trick to find a McDonalds, Burger King or Wendy’s, but it takes a bit of travel from Iowa to find other well-​known places like In-​N-​Out, Whataburger, Steak ‘n Shake, or Five Guys. I’ve managed the first three, and just recently, when my wife and I visited Key West and discovered a Five Guys right near our hotel, I knew I had to cross another name off my list. I was not disappointed.
I stopped here for a late lunch after getting off of a snorkeling trip; my wife, not a burger fan, went on to the hotel a few doors down. Because we would be going out for dinner later that night, I went for what I thought would be a light lunch, just a simple hamburger (no fries). What was listed on the menu as a hamburger, though, turned out to be a double burger (I don’t know why they don’t advertise it as such.) There was also a list of 15 toppings from which you could choose as many as you like for free; I went with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, relish, grilled onions and regular onions. This made for a rather gloppy burger which sort of fell apart as I ate it, but it was delicious nonetheless. In terms of overall quality, I would rate it as very close to my all-​time favorite, the In-​n-​Out burger. (It’s been years since i’ve been to Steak ‘n Shake, though; I recall my visit there as being quite good, but that may have been because I had a good shake. I honestly can’t remember.)
The Five Guys place in Key West was also scrupulously clean, and the people behind the counter were friendly and pleasant. The burger was cooked to order, so there was a moderate wait, but not more than seven or eight minutes. Highly recommended.

Not seafood or quintessential Key West, but if you want a burger, this place rocks!

Sometimes you just need a cheeseburger and fries. It’s that simple.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that all but one of the ingredients at Five Guys are gluten free. That’s correct — only the buns are off limits to those with Celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. So load up on your favorite fixings and two delicious patties with good old orange American cheese will be made and sealed in an aluminum box for your dining pleasure. Don’t forget the hot, crispy, delicious fries! On our visit, the sign posted by the register announced our potatoes were from Idaho. I love knowing where my food comes from and I love Five Guys attention to detail regarding food allergies.
Their customer service is excellent, and the open-​air dining room is cozy yet charming. The conch train pulls up every 10 – 15 minutes or so, which I thought might be annoying but didn’t end up bothering me at all. Plus, there’s excellent people-​watching, although not too much distracted me from my delicious food.
Hands down, the Key West Five Guys is the best Five Guys franchise I’ve visited. Kudos!

There comes a time during every holiday when the only thing that will hit the spot is a decently cooked and tasty burger.
Five Guys achieves this with the easy option of going plain, no frills, just burger and bun or going the whole hog and saying yes to every filling under the sun. The only tricky thing is that when you go for the kitchen sink option, the burger does fall apart very easily.
No matter, Five Guys hits the spot.

Celiac/​Gluten-​Free Review: Five Guys is beyond consistent in quality and care in all their chains, so I never worry about finding food to eat when traveling when I see this place pop up in my search! After getting some disappointing «we don’t have any GF options» responses from a few restaurants beyond Mallory Square, we came to this location off of Duval a little after 9pm.
I ordered a burger bowl (no bun), and the guys working were great and friendly, making sure gloves were changed before handling my burger. (Again, I’ve never been into a Five Guys that didn’t do this– whoever is training these franchises deserves a huge gold star!)
Great food, great guys. And while I love the local restaurants, I doubly love knowing I can find food and don’t have to worry about getting sick while on vacation.

Quite literally a life saver on a Saturday morning after 20 straight hours of drinking and 4 hours of sleep.

I admit it seems a little nuts to get five-​guys in Key West (anywhere perhaps for health reasons), but after some beers at the beach this was the perfect filler before heading down to Mallory Square for sunset. The location at the corner of Truman and Duval is pretty incredible.

I was in the Keys for what boiled down to a 3.5 day drink and eat fiesta. On the day we left, my brain wanted a fried grouper sandwich and a beer. However, my stomach had turned against me after excess vodka and seafood consumption. Add that to the fact we were a little pressed for time and it was adiós muchacho time to «when in Rome».
So, it was find a place to eat on a bad stomach with a sandwich that cost less than $ 13 and do it all quickly.
After seeing the 5 Guys, the thought of a burger didn’t give me the morning after watery mouth that I had received from the juevos rancheros and other things I had seen.
A decision was made.
Went in, ordered 2 cheese burgers and some fries. 2 drinks as well. The total was $ 21.12. I got in my wallet, pulled out all I had, $ 21. Dug my hand in my pocket and pulled out .12 cents. All the money I had was all the money they needed. It was meant to be.
Got to play with the crazy space age coke machine which is cool. Basically every coke product on earth mixed with any flavoring you like. Easy for me though, coke or Mr Pibb.
Burgers took less than 10 minutes. 2 burgers, 2 patties apiece, covered in legit cheese. Fresh veggies and straight out of the fryer fries.
The food was delicious, the place was clean as hell and the prices were in line for what we got.
5 guys, my hangover thanks you.

Tolle Idee sind die neuen Getränke-​Automaten, an denen man mit dem Touchscreen sein Getränk auswählen kann. So eine große Anzahl an verschiedenen Getränken in allen Varianten habe ich noch nirgends sonst gesehen!

Came here with the family after a long day of water sports. We were tired, both physically and of paying inflated tourist prices, so we wanted a quick and filling meal.
What I like about five guys is the consistency. You know you’ll get a good burger with whatever you please on it, a huge heap of deliciously greasy fries, and free peanuts while your meal is freshly cooked. Healthy? No. But who cares, we were on vacation and it was a treat.
The food took a bit longer than expected but the peanuts kept us satiated. We sat outside on the pleasant Key West night and enjoyed watching the people walk up and down Duval street.

I really like 5 Guys generally.
Honestly, we wound up at this one because it is at the Conch Train stop nearest the Hemingway House… However, it was still a good choice.
The upsides: great location, great prices (especially for Key West), and a free-​style Coke machine with zillions of flavors.
The downside: this place is very small, and it is hard to even walk around if you get a table; and the restrooms are outside and require a key.

I love five guys. It was great to find a consistently good burger without the inflated Key West prices!

This trip to Five Guys is especially funny. I rarely rate burger joints since their products are by and large a commodity, but since this visit occurred on the night the hotel staff at the Doubletree in Key West ate my pizza, the burgers were unbelievably savory and presented perfectly.

Awesome place! Fun people making your food, and the greatness you come to expect from 5 Guys.

Only one tiny request: Can we please get some cheese fries? You have cheese and fries, how about combining the two? We requested only to be turned down by the manager. Booo!

Yeah, it’s a nationwide fast-​food chain– but 5 guys makes some damn good burgers and fries and is a BARGAIN compared to most of the overpriced fare in Key West!
After doing a sunset booze cruise and walking the gauntlet of pricey tourist spots along Duval St., finding a 5 Guys was just perfect. Good burgers & fresh fries, served up quickly at a reasonable price. Cheers!

Great chain restaurant that has come to Key West! The location is prime, and the staff is VERY customer oriented! 2 little cheeseburgers (1 patty) a cheeseburger (2 patties) 2 drinks and a small fry fed 3 people for $ 25! Pricey, but their freshness speaks for itself. The build your own burger mentality is an interesting way of providing customers with what they want for a fraction of the cost! We were there on opening day, so the staff was geared up ready for some action! If they keep up the energy, customer service, and dedication to freshness, this will put the other chains to shame in no time.
