Wow! If you’re looking for a REAL piece of Key West to take home with you, this is the place to go. They don’t carry a thing that’s made in freaking China. All things are locally made in Key West by talented and creative artists. From jewelry, pottery, to glassware, and paintings– every thing is available to fit the special person you want to bring a piece home to as a gift. Colorful, eclectic, and even serious designs are found here. You should put your tourist dollars into local businesses like this to keep the colorful art community in Key West alive and blooming.

This place is great. Prints, jewelry, sculptures, etc., all by local artists. I bought three prints for about $ 30…as an artist I know that’s a deal! I bought two little prints of watercolors by Laura Black, and a larger photo print by photographer Rebecca Berman. The jewelry was pretty insane… not quite my style, but very beautiful and would make a great gift. I’ll be coming back for more in November!

A very nice local artists place with some of the usual suspects for sale like paintings of the feral fowl and jewelry but also some amazing work like the flattened liquor bottles for cheese boards (I’ve never seen that before) and the very cool lobster trap picture frames.
The prices are pretty reasonable and one of the artists is always in there so you can get to talk to them about their art. And if you can’t take your purchase home on the plane, for a reasonable fee they will ship it for you. Support local and get souvenirs or decorations for your home here.

Ok face it, Key West makes you want to buy stuff. Whether you are a cruise ship day-​tripper or a week long vacationer, something about the Conch Republic makes you want to own a piece of the island.
So instead of going to one of the crap tourist shops on Duval, just come here and support your local KW artisan. This place has stuff to appease all palates — higher end artwork and paintings that will fit well in any summer home to gaudy melted vodka bottle cheese boards for that tacky tourist in you.
The best part is this place is run by the artists themselves so there will always be one of the artists minding the shop. I chatted with one of the painters and he provided some great info on his work.
Definitely a great place to get some gifts, décor, or touristy crap.

THE best art gallery on The Rock. We decorated just about our entire KW house from art purchased here. Run by artists. Fair prices, terrific selection. You get to meet the artists and learn from them. A must see.

A local artists cooperative. Lots of variety, lots of price ranges. There is always an artist in the store to chat up, as well!
